Open and spacious home with natural sunlight, clean and comfortable space for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Minutes away from Lake Travis, restaurants, and many high-tech industry offices.
The space
*Feel at home in your personal space
*This is a serene 1-story 2,500 sqft home with 3 nicely sized private bedrooms (master has a private bath w/ walk-in showertub & walk-in closet), a separate living space, dining room with seating for 6 and a full kitchen.
*The backyard is large and private with a patio and sitting area.
*There is room for 2 cars in the driveway.
*The kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation plus a microwave, hot water boiler, coffee maker w/ starter coffee and seasoning supplies.
*We offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels & more in each bathroom.
There are a full-sized washer and dryer w/ detergent & dryer sheets, iron, ironing board, extra hangers..
*We provide high-speed internet & a smart HDTV for you to log in w/ your account to watch movies/shows + HD TV Antenna providing local+ channels. Log out when you go!
*Bedding, linens, and towels are soft and comfortable; you are sure to have a wonderful night's rest on your new pillow-top Queen sized mattresses.
*Owner lives nearby, don't hesitate to reach out! Weâll do our best to be quick/responsive to any questions.
While located in Austin, this home is also near Cedar Park, Round Rock & Pflugerville due to its close proximity to HWY 183 and the 45 Toll/HWY 620 and Toll 130.
Itâs 20-30 minutes to downtown depending upon your time of travel. The home is freshly painted and updated.
Rules:
1) No loud noises after 10PM per city ordinance.
2) No Pets
3) You may be charged an additional cleaning fee depending on the state of the house and rooms after checkout.
4) No parties/events allowed.
5) No smoking allowed (of any kind) (up to $350 fine)
6) If you do not check out on time (11AM), unless requested late check out, you will be charged an additional night.
