Much like our neighboring costal communities the City of Seal Beach builds large sand berms along the coastline during certain seasons to help protect against coastal tides and ocean storms. This is an oceanfront home, however, views may be obstructed depending on the presence and height of these berms, which vary based on seasonal and weather conditions.

You are provided one designated space in the shared two‑car garage. Mid‑sized vehicles are recommended.

Laundry
Laundry facilities are shared. Please be courteous and respectful when using this shared space. Be mindful of other guests' schedules and remove items promptly.

As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Seal Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
