Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.
Parking: You will have 1 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.
Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Check in at front desk, obtain keys with a ID that matches the name on the reservation.
Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.
Living Area: Access to balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 1: King bed.
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.
Bathroom: Two full bathrooms.
Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanfront views. Seating! Separate side balcony too!
Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
