Worth it

Beach park condo was very easy to find and to access the beach. Only a block away with great views of the ocean. Close proximity to everything in Myrtle beach. It was worth it.

Great location, nice home

A great find on Myrtle Beach! The beach location was perfect, not too crowded, plenty of sand even at high tide. Condo was well maintained and had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean. Communication with owner was easy. They provided all the needed details to make our stay easy prior to arrival. We would definitely stay again!

View & location was a plus. Overall condition of the condo was not the best. Gap’s in the front door made security concerns. Mold on the upstairs bathtub curtain. No way to adjust the water temperature on main level bathtub. Water pressure & temperature was a constant issue. The cleaning company should have address these issues. A little investment & this condo would be very nice. You can’t beat the view, accessibility to the beach and surrounding points of interest

Great Location

Came here with my husband and our children age 13 and 17 for the July 4th week. The property is very comfortable. Nice kichen fully equipped for making meals. The balcony overlooks small camper site, but being on the 3rd floor it does not obstruct from the ocean view. Where we saw dolfins. You will see and hear flying planes, as its in line with the airport. We were aware of this from previous reviews it din't bother us at all. They fly during the day. From our observation its 6am-10pm.We did not hear them after 10pm. The pool was a nice addition.Overal our stay was great and I would have given this review 5 stars except for one problem that we had from the very beginning regarding parking. There simply is not enough parking for the tenants of the property. We were given 2 parking passes 90% of time we could not find parking for one car. If you leave to go grocery shopping. You come back to no parking. Your only option is to park on the public beach parking adjacent to the proberty if you can find parking there at all. If you leave your car on that parking overnigh you will be penalized with parking ticket. As we found our selves one morning. No beach parking from 2am-5am. The final day of our stay we parked under the property building where there is double parking but got repremended by a tenant for blocking her car. Even though the parking pass was in place clearly stating our condo number and we even placed out phone number on the windshield. If you uber then you will ok

Family Vacation

First off, I’d like to say that my host, Joseph, was very responsive and accommodating. We arrived a little earlier than expected and he allowed us to check in early and check out a little later as well. As for the condo, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The first thing that caught my attention was the smell of “clean” as you walk in the door. The condo is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need, even doggy bowls and doggy poopie bags lol. The view is breath taking and the area is very quiet and very well kept. I will definitely be renting again. If you’re looking for a nice vacation rental, this is it. I must say that it is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. I myself didn’t mind as I am a runner and love to workout. If you are traveling with elderly or handicapped family members, this might not work for you. However, the host is amazing, I’m not sure if he has other properties, but I would definitely recommend that you reach out.

The place was great! Clean and easily accessible. The beach was soo close, our pups loved their morning and evening walks on the beach. Balcony view was stunning. Sitting out on it at night watching the moon and waves is by far my favorite part of the stay. I would highly recommend staying here and we have already thought about returning next time we visit Myrtle Beach! ♥️🐾🐾

Perfect Place

This condo is really the perfect place. It was me and I brought my Mom and Dad and there was room for more! The condo is clean, dog friendly (but doesn’t smell like dogs), and has a great ocean view. The beach was clean and quiet. Not packed at all. Great location. Near Market Common and Myrtle Beach State Park. I will absolutely return!

This property was just right for us. The beach view was great. This location is tucked away just enough. The beach wasn’t crowded for a Memorial Day weekend. Quick drive further south to Surfside and Merrills Inlet.

We had a great time. This property was close to the beach and a couple different piers. It also had a pool which was nice to go relax by after a day at the beach. It was in line with the international airport land/take off, but we enjoyed getting to see the large aircrafts up close but could see how others may not like that aspect of it. The property was also pet friendly which was a great plus side for us. Would book again if going to Myrtle!

My family and I had an amazing time at this location. It was in an amazing location and the view was breathtaking. Joseph responded promptly and everything was at our disposal. If there’s a place to choose I would 100% suggest this place.

Great location, super clean

We decided to take a trip to the ocean with our 8.5 y/o German Shepherd, I had hard time finding accommodations for such a large dog, after booking 3 different locations to find out they don’t accept my size dog I was feeling defeated. What a blessing in disguise I found this place 2 days before we were leaving I call it fate!! The condo was very clean and specious although we didn’t use the upstairs. The balcony gives you great views of the ocean & people watching. The beach was not very packed and clean! Everyone picks up after their pets ! The only suggestion I would make is to pack lighter the 3 flights of stairs makes it a chore when you have to make several trips. This was a wonderful place to stay, might have to do this vacation every May!!

Great location! Very short walk to the beach and close to anything you’d ever want to do. We loved that it was pet friendly so we could include our dog on the trip. Property owner was very prompt with his responses and super nice. Gave us some recommendations for places to go for shopping and eating.

Gone to the dogs

Area was much more pet friendly than any place else we have been. We are dog people and my Boykin Spaniel is a great travel pet. Near to this condo was a huge BARC PARC with areas for large and small dogs that you could take them off the leash. Several local restaurants had outdoor seating and were dog friendly, and they even brought a water bowl for our Boykin. Also had a paet menu. Lots of the stores were dog friendly also. A very welcome change from most vacation areas. Property manager was very helpful also. If weather had cooperated it would have been a perfect trip. Unfortunately, you cannot control the weather, you can only tolerate it. 🙂🙂🙂

Difficult owner that intentionally misrepresented property status

In summary, this condo is showing it’s wear and neglect and the owner has issues with being truthful. On 11/8/22, 10 days before our arrival, the owner knew the washer & dryer were broken and needed replaced. Because of his wheeling and dealing to get the cheapest solution he didn’t get it done and it fact at this point it won’t be replaced until mid December. Very disappointing for us and cost us many hours doing laundry elsewhere. But what was even more concerning is that he didn’t feel the need to let us know ahead of time so that we could better plan and then he instructed us to trespass on another property near by to do our laundry in their laundry mat. This place has very clear signs posted for “No Trespassing” and “Only for use of their guests”. He also said he didn’t know why we were making a big deal about having to use a laundry mat, the people that rent his other unit that doesn’t have a washer & dryer don’t complain. Really? I would think not. Rules and common decency apparently don’t apply to this guy. In regards to the unit, here are the facts. It starts at a filthy front door and an old rusted appliance sitting in the hallway in front of our unit for the entire 11 day stay. Then open the door to see a damaged and very poorly repaired door frame with yellow staining. In the unit here are just some examples of the issues you will find 1) a large unsightly hole in the bathroom wall, 2) cracked gaps in the paint and caulking around the shower which I’m sure makes it impossible to clean properly, 3) both bathroom sink drain plugs do not work, 4) ripped and unsightly carpet on the balcony, 5) rusting, collapsing art on the balcony, 6) very loud jets passing only a couple of hundred feet overhead from 6 AM until midnight as the end of the airport is only a couple hundred yards away, 7) strange taped up notes from the owner throughout the unit, as example, one that says “Keep the couch cover on the couch, it is brand new” and so you get to sit on a cheap wrinkled corduroy type cover in a unit you have spent good money for. I wish I could post pictures of all of this. On the good side; the location is good, other than the airport being so close, the mattress in the master bedroom is comfortable, there is some under cover parking on a first come first serve basis. Net, now that we better know this owner I’m sure he will post a disclaimer to my post, but trust me, be wary of this owner and property.

Property was as described with a good view of the waves. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is updated, and there is a new sofa and new chairs. Brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs are included. The owner is very responsive. Parking is directly underneath or next to the building. It was too cold for the pool. I would rent this property again.

Good visit - mainly to see how our two dogs would do on their first beach vacation. We definitely got our steps in with this third floor unit. Location is good as it's in the very south part of Myrtle Beach and the Surfside, Garden City and Murrels Inlet area. Being out of season - traffic was good and wait lines were short. Location is next to a public beach access - which was convenient but after dark lots of "in/out" traffic. Also - the location is directly in the Myrtle Beach airport landing pattern and got use to the noise. Accommodations are as defined - loft area is roomy and will accommodate adults or children with ease. Kitchen nicely updated but not a lot of sitting area for meals or watching TV. Deck area is also small. Bathrooms serve their purpose and plenty of towels. Nice hardwood flooring that's easy to keep clean. Our dogs enjoyed their stay (after a bit of adjustment period). Very dog friendly area and beach area. Two priers are within walking distance and charge fees to access. Great sunrises! Good beach area even during high tides. Overall a good stay for a long weekend.

Great location! Amazing ocean view! Clean ocean front condo!

Joe, our host was very responsive! Answered all questions without hesitation. Was always available when needed. Will return to this condo again! And for those who cook all meals like my family, the kitchen was great as well.

Late summer vacation

Everything was just like the pictures and as described. Location is great, right next to the state park, so not a very busy end of the beach. Pet friendly and parking were a plus. Communication with Joseph was easy and done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and thank you for sharing your place with us.
