Beach view was outstanding. Pools were very clean. Overall the rooms were clean, however, both showers were covered in mold and the sheets in the master bedroom were clean but stained.

Really nice place. Loved the king sized beds and both rooms had their own jacuzzi tubs. Great view and amenities at the condo!

Great property, loved the pool and comfy lounge chairs. Right on the beach and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The unit was large and had everything we needed for a fun spring break stay.

The condo was nice just like in the pictures. Of course, with it being on the beach was very nice because you can easily go back to the room throughout the day. We enjoyed the balcony during breaks. It is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, putt-putt, and the arcade. Another added bonus was having the washer and dryer in the condo. We would definitely stay there again.

The room and the views were beautiful!!! My husband and I went for a little getaway, and were pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place was! The views from the balcony were spectacular! It was very convenient, just steps away from the beach. We loved the pools, indoor and outdoor, and the hot tub. We were able to use the outdoor fireplace one evening because it got a little chilly. The jacuzzi tubs and shower in the condo were awesome too! The only reason I don’t give our stay a perfect score was because we had a problem with the code at check-in and VRBO was not very helpful. Fortunately the front desk manager was able t help us get into our room. Also be aware that there is a 50 per car parking fee we were not aware of. After that everything was perfect! Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Furniture was updated, beautiful, and very comfortable. We would love to stay here again! We enjoyed it very much!

Beautiful!

Stayed in this beautiful condo for a girls get a way trip and was instantly impressed once the door was opened. Very clean condo with a stunning view of the ocean off the balcony. The rooms were spacious and separate allowing for privacy. Just an easy elevator ride to the beach and the condo was centrally located to all the great attractions the Gulf Shores has to offer. Will definitely return.

The property lay out was wonderful. The sofa and chairs were not comfortable, they could use replacing, seemed wore out. Needs to be at least one blanket in the unit, probably not due to covid, would also like some hangers in the closets. Over all great stay.

Understand rental obligations

Was advised parking pass was to be delivered to rental. Wasn't. Had to purchase pass for 40.00. I understood it came with the rental. Stayed at this resort many times. 1st time for this. Otherwise, it worked for us. Check it out and make your decision. Next time i plan on another unit. Best place to stay with friends in orange beach. Prefer VRBO

Vacasa is misleading

The condo is a nice very roomy layout, the shower with the beachview room was much more spacious than I realized given pictures. The listing stated specifically that a parking pass was provided (to be placed in room prior to arrival). The emails all stated the exact same thing very specifically. If you invest enough of your vacation time on the phone with Vacasa they eventually admit that information is wrong and you have to go purchase a permit. The onsite staff informed me that Vacasa has been informed of this many times and continue to operate this way. The room was clean enough but it doesn't wasn't top level clean. I would gladly book the room again....but I won't book again through Vacasa, too many other options.

Good experience

Overall this condo was a really great, spacious place to stay but it’s not maintained properly. The jets in the master tub and shower heads in the master shower had mold all over them but we bought some bleach spray and it came right off. The sink in the master bath was stopped up and very slow to drain. The washing machine did not fully wash our clothes (still had sand in them). The door to the balcony would not lock (negative for small kids). The light under the microwave did not work. Management was very nice and helpful and responded quickly to our concerns. We really enjoyed our stay here despite these maintenance needs!
