The condo was very clean & the pools were very clean and easy to get in and out. A lot of great restaurants were close by and easy to get to. Also the host was very easy to text and they got back to us fast and were very helpful..

Had a great stay at this condo in Gulf Shores. We were provided with everything we needed. It is really close to the beach and close to restaurants and stores. It is also a short 20 minutes drive to Tropical Falls, a fun amusement park and indoor water park. Communication with the host was fast and effective. Just to let any future guests know, you will have to pay for parking upon arrival, but that's not a huge headache. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Neither toilet worked upon arrival. First night showering had to plunge the shower to even get it to drain. Had to pay for parking separately. Ice maker made loud sound to even try and make ice which it never did. And the lady river was not a lazy river as described.

Nice place

Condo was just what we needed and everything was nice. Host was very responsive when needed and whole process was easy. Would recommend to others and would also stay here again!

the floors were very dirty i couldn’t walk around without shoes on when i did my feet were constantly dirty and the master shower doesn’t drain well so you’re standing in your shower water the whole time but other than that everything was perfect very comfortable beds and i loved there being 3 different pools

Amazing!

This property was amazing. Great views had everything we needed. Definitely will stay again!! Loved the bridge so we didn’t have to run across the roadway. Also loved having views from both balconies!

Great birthday trip!

We loved everything about the condo. Easy access to beach, location is great, easy parking, and no issues with elevators. The “lazy river” was a little misleading, but it made for a fun joke. The view is AMAZING! Balcony off both bedrooms was fantastic. Highly recommend this unit!

We absolutely love the condo! We are already looking at the next dates to book. Clean, convenient, and great views. The condo was decorated cute. We love that there was three pools and a air-conditioned skywalk to the beach. Thank you.

Quick Beach Trip

We booked Crystal Tower 1209 because we were in town for our daughter's volleyball tournament. The condo was clean, updated and had amazing views of the Gulf, Little Lagoon and sunsets. While the weather wasn't as cooperative as we'd hoped, the condo was fantastic! We highly recommend and would absolutely choose Crystal Tower 1209 again!

The condo was beautiful, but we experienced a couple of issues such as the slow water drainage in the master shower and the washer did not spin.

Beautiful Condo

Condo was very clean and just as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked. We’ve stayed in Orange Beach but this was our first time at Gulf Shores. The location was very. My daughter and I found the one bed to be a little harder than the other, so I went and bought a foam mattress topper from the store and also bought a couple of extra pillows which I left with the box for future guests to use. There are bath towels, but no beach towels (which I’m not sure was noted anywhere), so be sure to bring your own:) Definitely would stay here again.

I would stay in this unit again but….

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but a few things need some attention. 1. A pizza box from May 2023 was left in the floor beside the dryer. 2. Shower does not drain well at all in the master bath. 3. Light bulbs needed to be replaced in a couple of areas. 4. TV in one of the bedrooms did not work well. It could not obtain a good signal. These things are easily fixed and did not negatively affect our stay. Maybe housekeeping can be a little more observant. Again, overall, we enjoyed our time there and would consider staying there again.
