The Space:

Perched up atop Gulf Shores on the 20th floor of Crystal Tower, find a serene spot for basking in the breeze, marveling at sunrises and sunsets, and taking in a sweeping view of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico.



This Gulf-facing condo enjoys a prime position in Crystal Tower, a resort-style high-rise just across the road (via sky bridge and boardwalk) from the beach in Gulf Shores. On the grounds, you'll find swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, a fitness center, and a boardwalk leading out to the white sand beach. It's both a scenic and convenient location, only a mile from Highway 59 and two miles from Gulf State Park.



There's no better place to begin and end each day than your private balcony - a spacious, shaded outdoor area where you can sip coffee or cocktails, play cards, even sit down for dinner with a gorgeous view.



Inside, the condo is beautifully decorated, offering an open kitchen, both a table and breakfast bar for at-home dining, and a living room that opens to the balcony. Enjoy central air conditioning, your own washer/dryer to take care of your swimsuits and towels, and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Each bedroom is paired with its own full bathroom, with the primary suite opening to the Gulf-facing balcony.



Things to Know

Crystal Tower will be under construction during Fall 2025, however weather delays may extend the construction project into the Winter. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during this time. Construction noise is to be expected during working hours. North exterior views of the lagoon may be obstructed at any time. Parking and access may be limited or rerouted as needed.
