That's what you'll find here. The breathtaking views of the 17th floor make this condo WORTH IT! Washer and dryer provided in unit! The master bedroom includes a king size bedroom, full closet, jacuzzi in master bath, private toilet in master bath, and access to the patio! Kitchen full of appliances and dishes. Towels and washcloths provided as well as toys, and a cooler! Beach chairs are included!
*Pool & Hot Tub are closed during winter months

Excellent room / well furnished / highly recommend

Stayed 9 nights, only complaint I didn't stay 10 or more. I've stayed about dozen times in Pcb and Daytona. This is top 2 best rooms , but priced less than half of other. Very pleased.

Great location beautiful beaches!

The host was very quick to respond and resolve any issues during our stay. Great customer service. The condo was well stocked. Top floor, beautiful views of the beach.

We had a great time and the condo was just beautiful..

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful… check in was easy peasy and check out was also easy! Looking forward to coming back next year. Only issue was not enough bracelets.. Security gave us one to use and we returned it!

Beautiful and well stocked

This condo is spacious and very clean. The kitchen has all equipment you would need. There was a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The beds were very comfortable with all the bells and whistles. We had plenty of linen and were very comfortable all week. Beach toys and accessories were a nice addition too. We hope to be back in the future.

Lovely condo and ocean view

Our stay was nice, the couch is old and sunken in but it did not affect the beautiful beach one bit! The beds were comfy, the place was clean and well stocked and tastefully decorated. It was spacious and the views were heavenly!

Beautiful condo and resort!

The condo was absolutely stunning with amazing views. Tons of beach toys and things for the kids, we couldn't of asked for a better place. I had a few questions for the host and she responded quickly! Definitely will be booking again!

Top Notch at Palazzo

Absolutely loved this stunning unit. Danielle is THE hostess with the mostest! Well equipped with bath towels, a beach bag full of toys, an umbrella (with sand anchor), many floats (bring an air pump), wooden and foam boogie boards and the prettiest view in all of Panama City. The beds were all super comfy (the primary bed is adjustable!!) Bring your own laundry and dish detergents but otherwise, this unit is stocked with everything but a blender! Danielle, thank you so much for putting up with us! We adore you and your unit! We will see you again soon!

Bestie Bday Bash

The condo was cozy and comfortable, with exceptional views! There's a large closet off the master BR w/ plenty of toys, chairs, an umbrella, floats, boogie boards, toddler life vests and a lot more! The beds were quite comfy, and the rooms had plenty of storage. Aside from laundry, dish soap, toiletries and other miscellaneous kitchen items (which we always bring), this unit is stocked with everything. The only issue we had was cleanliness of the condo. It wasn't disgusting by any means, but the cleaners missed a lot of trash. I did let Danielle know and she did get back to me. From the very beginning, she has been readily available to answer questions or assist where she could. She was amazing to work with and my BFF had an awesome 60th celebration. We'll definitely stay again!

Home Sweet Home

Beautiful ocean right below our balcony, sunsets, comfy beds, big well equipped kitchen with a giant ice maker, and Danielle was very quick in responding and addressing any concerns— what’s not to LOVE?! (The living room furniture does need new cushions and/or support, but there were plenty of various pillows to make it comfortable.) The elevators were quick, fitness room always clean, pool was actually warm, and the building was very well maintained. We had a very nice relaxing month here and will be back!

Condo at Pallazo

Plazzo was very nice. Very clean and they even brought in all new chairs and tables by the pool.our condo does need new living room couch. The condo was not very clean. I talked with the owner and she apologized and said she was looking for a new cleaning lady. She even gave us $100.00 back because of it. Over all we loved the place.

Peaceful setting with breathtaking views

The views from the condo are amazing and we enjoyed watching the schools of stingrays each day from the spacious outdoor balcony. The unit was exceptionally clean with many useful amenities. Mattresses, bedding and pillows were most comfortable. Overall, the condo area was well maintained with a nice pool and hot tub area along with a beautiful walkway to the beach. We loved the convenient covered parking area as well as properly operating elevators. This unit is conveniently located within walking distance for grocery shopping as well as restaurants. The owner was always very responsive and helpful which is a huge plus!!! We will definitely stay here again!

Best vacation by far

The condo was everything the website showed and more! It was clean, cool, and comfortable the moment we walked into the door. The ocean view was breathtakingly beautiful. There was a large closet full of anything you need to go on the beach like chairs, coolers, sand toys, boogie boards, goggles, snorkles, floats, swim vests for little ones, strollers, etc. The property manager was very quick to respond to anything we needed. The location was great it was walking distance to restaurants grocery stores souvenir shops, and all you would need. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The balcolny is large and was great for evening games with the family while also watching stunning sun sets..This was the best vacation we have had in years. I highly recommend this place, i will definitely be back.

Very nice condo

The condo was very nice, very clean, stocked with a few items (hand soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc) which was awesome. Also plenty of beach chairs/toys. Our only negatives were the fact that the pool and hot tub were both closed (we were told before we arrived we would be able to use them) and also the condo balcony was being painted during our stay so we were unable to access it at all for the first 5 days of our 7 day stay. Overall I would love to stay again as long the pool and hot tub are open. I have a toddler and a pool is a must for us. Had I known we weren't going to be able to use it prior to my booking it would have been a deal breaker.

Beachfront Condo Rental

The location from the 17th floor was beautiful. You can see for miles in 3 directions. The extra large balcony made it great for our whole family of 5 to relax while eating meals and enjoying the ocean . However some of the interior qualities were lacking . Upon arrival, the cleanliness seemed to be lacking from the cleaning service. There was a smell from the pantry-trash closet that was quickly noticed and old dried food was on the pantry shelves. The comforters on the beds were stained or dirty. The closet door in the utility room was missing and in the masters bathroom closet. The drain in the front guest bathroom did not drain. Water backed up into the tub while showering. The silverware was limited to a family of 5 which made it a chore to clean after every meal before having the next. On the other hand, the pots and pans were awesome. The black makeup towel when wet discolors and turns water black. Make sure they are not washed with other clothes. Overall the place is ideal for a family to stay close by, but out of the heavier part of PCB. If a little more time was spent cleaning and fixing some of the issues at hand, the review would be greatly increased.

Room for Improvement

While there were many things that were great about this VRBO, there were also some things that were frustrating. First, there was not enough silverware. We had to run the dishwasher daily in order to be able to have clean silverware. And speaking of running the dishwasher, we had to go out and purchase our own pods. Another thing that we had to purchase was more TP as there was only one roll per bathroom (we stayed for 7 days and there were 6 of us). We also had to buy laundry pods. Part of the directions for checkout were to start a load of towels, however we weren’t provided with any laundry detergent. There weren’t enough trash bags… only 2, so we had to resort to using Walmart grocery bags for trash. I also didn’t like that there were only 4 wristbands provided. If a place is going to be advertised for 8 people, they should provide 8 wristbands, or at least enough for the amount of people staying each booking. Security was walking around the pool deck checking wristbands and we were told by the property manager that it wouldn’t be an issue… well it was. There was no broom and a broken vacuum. We wanted to be able to sweep the floors and weren’t able to. This was really frustrating because there was sand everywhere from daily trips to the beach. The remotes were another problem… the information given stated that Netflix worked on the TVs, and it didn’t work in the master bedroom. Also there was only one remote that worked on the living room tv and the master bedroom tv.

Amazing view!

My family and I had an amazing trip! The condo is roomy and has a really nice setup. Sitting out on the large, outside patio was my favorite place to be. Danielle was quick to respond any time we had a questions or needed anything. Would definitely love to come back and stay again!!! PS: it was so convenient being right next to the grocery store and also Pier park!!
