Beachfront condo at Aqua!

Aqua Beachside Resort is quite possibly one of the finest resorts on Panama City Beach.

This beach front luxury condo boasts 3 full bedrooms, 3 baths, and an impressive 1823 sq/ft that will make you feel right at home. The beachfront master has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom features a Queen sized bed. The third bedroom features a queen bed. The upgraded kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This beachfront corner unit with views of both East and West is sure to please. It is large enough to accommodate 3 families easily.
Private Terrace overlooks pool and beautiful sandy white beaches.
The unit features large flat-screen TVs, DVDs, Granite Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, a Washer and Dryer, oversized windows, and more.
The master bedroom has a private entrance to an elliptical balcony.
The Living Area has a Sleeper Sofa , TV, and Private Balcony Entrance.
The Master Bedroom features a King Size Bed TV and a Private Balcony Entrance. The Master Bath houses a Tub and Glass Enclosed Shower.
The Second Bathroom houses a combination Tub/Shower.
The Kitchen is fully equipped.
The Dining Area has a Table with Seating for 6. There are also 4 stools at the bar area in the kitchen. Dine on your Large Private Balcony as you enjoy the sunset.
No carpets and new flooring.

Fabulous views and location

Fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Location is easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Condo had everything we needed would stay again.

Love this place

This place had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. It was awesome that all bedrooms were private and all had balconies!!! Great location and short walk to Pier Park!! Lots of space and our teens had a lot to do, beautiful beach and pools!! We will definitely choose this condo again!!

Great Condo

We loved our stay at this location and condo. We would definitely stay here again. We really didn't have anything to complain about. The location was great and the view was absolutely AWESOME. If I could have smoked a cigar on the balcony the stay would have been perfect. I respect and understand that it is a non-smoking facility. One thing that was not clear is that each room has its own balcony and there is actually 3 full bathrooms. It served us really well.

Great Condo For Family

The views from the unit’s balcony are beautiful. Elevators were quick and easy. The unit is spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed easy walks to shops and restaurants. The pools were nice when we wanted a break from the beach.

Summer Vacation 2023

The property was as listed and quaintly nestled in the absolute best location ever! We frequent FL (PCB, Fort Walton, Destin) at least 3 times a year, and of all cities and housing, this one was by far the best!!!!! We were in the midst of the best shops, eateries, amenities, etc.! We’ve found our forever vacation spot!!!! …not to mention the views!!!

Very nice place only thing that I would change are the locks because they don’t lock. It was a little dusty but overall very nice!

Panoramic coastal views!

Our family of 4 enjoyed staying in this spacious unit with fantastic coastal views and it is larger than shown. Will be happy to come back next time and possibly to see kitchen equipped with kettle and upgraded toaster as well. Would recommend this property to anyone that appreciates dramatic oceanfront location and larger square footage than most of other places. Our host Robyn was very helpful and responded immediately when needed.

Great location but very dirty floors.

The condo was wonderful but the refrigerator door handle was broken and couldn’t be used. The floors were very sandy. Apparently the vacuum does not pick up sand because we vacuumed once we arrived. Otherwise the condo was nice with a great view.

Very nice but could be better

Property and unit is gorgeous. Parking and beach chairs could be better. When a 20 year old guy that smells like pot threatens to call security on a group of retired and current educators over a beach chair, that’s a problem. Parking garage had threes levels basically empty but 2 cars in our group had to be parked at a storage facility a mile away. We all understood the process but it could be better explained up front.

Overall nice!

Pros: Beautiful view, large condo, convenient location Cons: A lot of road noise in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. If you fall asleep easily & are a hard sleeper, this won’t be a problem! Also, checkout was 10, however cleaning people were there just after 9 knocking on the door and they literally waited the entire time right outside of the door until we left at 10am. It made it uncomfortable as we were having to come and go to get our stuff out and walk around them standing by the door the whole time. Overall, I would recommend this place & would stay here again!

Friend getaway

The condo was in a great location in PCB and we liked that it was an end unit. The pictures look nicer than the accommodations actually are. The unit was clean enough but has wear and tear from being rented. The beds were pretty comfortable but there should have been at least an additional blanket for each bedroom. The air conditioner worked great. I used to host in a home that I rented and there are some things lacking that the owner should really provide such as basic spices, coffee pot filters, sponge, garbage bags, beach towels and chairs (other than the 2 complimentary loungers at the beach. Property manager answered all inquiries in a timely manner. All in all the condo is adequate.

Amazing Location and Great Views

Condo was a near perfect stay and the pool and beach access was perfect and exactly what you would expect it to be. Online states 50 for parking, but it was 55. Also, if I were to stay again, I would just park at the restaurant across the street. Spacious place, and the only feedback I can give is that the cleaning crew might want to mop the floors before checkin. We’re not allowed to check in until like right before 4 PM because we were told they were still cleaning it,So I could tell within 5 minutes that the floors were kind of dirty just by the way they felt. This pic was our feet within 1 hour of checking in. Also the master bedroom tv remote was dropped and broken not by us, but a previous guest likely; however contacted maintenance right away and they came the next day and programmed a new remote which worked for about an hour, and then it did not. I think the batteries were dead so we just went the week with no tv in the master. Overall it was great and I would consider it again.

Beautiful unit - except for the bed bugs!

We were delighted with the property, until two of us woke up the first morning with bed bug bites in one if the bedrooms!! There was not a comparable unit available, so they put a bug bomb in the affected room and we had to close off that bedroom. We lost a day of vacation messing around with all this and use of a bedroom for the rest of our stay. I was told we’d get a rent deduction, but after many, many calls, no deduction. Not at all a good experience in what should have a lovely place.

Changed Door Codes

We had a good experience with the rental until the day before we left the door code was changed and it took forever to get a hold of anyone to find the new code. We have a 4 month old baby and so overall it was very stressful. We were left sitting in the hallway until security could give us a code to get in. Also, the room was nice except the floors were so gross we all had to wear shoes immediately when we entered the rental until the day we left. I can understand floors being dirty by the end of the stay, but floors shouldn’t turn your feet black the day you check in. I hope this feedback helps the owners to make a few changes and create a great experience for the next renters.
