Seaside- Another Dream



The Space:

Another Dream offers the best tower views in Seaside, perfect for sunrises and sunsets. This beautiful, two-bedroom/two-bath cottage with loft space offers spacious living areas, vaulted ceilings, a surround sound system, and balconies galore!



Like townhome living, Another Dream offers main living spaces on the second floor, allowing you to enjoy beautiful town views from all the surrounding windows. These main living spaces include a full kitchen, dining for six, and a family room with a TV/DVD and surround sound system.



Spiral staircases take you both upstairs and down. Upstairs, you'll find the open loft space with a trundle bed that sleeps two comfortably. Also upstairs is the lofted queen primary retreat, complete with a full bathroom/shower and a private balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Up one more flight of stairs is where you'll find both inside and outside seating to enjoy the very best Seaside has to offer all from your own personal tower.



Downstairs (on the main level) is the second guest room with a queen bed, French doors to porch living, and a full bath.



Porches run the length of the house, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors as much as the indoors with porch swings and outdoor dining space. Dreams do come true when you stay at Another Dream.



Things to Know

Passes for the fitness center and three community pools are available for purchase, at a rate of $56 a night per day + tax. Passes must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay or not at all - partial passes are not available. Please contact host to purchase passes at the time of booking. Passes must be purchased at least 72 hours prior to your stay.

Wristbands are required to be worn at all times when using seaside amenities. Please provide accurate occupancy when booking. If accurate occupancy is not provided at least one week before your arrival, you may be subject to additional charges.

Place looks just like pictures. We had trouble with hot water but owner was very quick to fix/remedy the situation. Perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place for family time

We had a lovely girl’s getaway at Another Dream. Everything we needed was nearby so we never had to move our car. The house was perfect. It’s bright, open and very comfortable. We would love to come again!

Every visit to Seaside is fantastic - summer, fall, spring - each has its appeal. The beaches of course, but staying in a Seaside house -- with its porches, towers and exceptional comfort -- makes every day, rain or shine - special.

Nice place, definitely quirky and small.

The good: great location, easy check in, great communication, amazing view from the tower, awesome deck/porch, cute architectural gem of a house.The mediocre: beds are a bit uncomfortable, the upstairs bedroom is open to the family room below (it is not a closed off room), a bit awkward getting up and down the narrow spiral stairs, fixtures etc a bit old/dated (but clean), downstairs shower slow to drain.

Super cute house-great location

We loved the house-everything you would need to cook with, and all types of appliances. Beautiful views and perfect location for walking to shops, beach, and restaurants. We loved all of the different balconies and sitting areas, outside. Although very cool to look at, going up and down that spiral stair case is no joke-not the place for you if you have mobility issues!

Great location in Seaside!!

The home could use some updates, but if you’re looking for a good place in Seaside with walking distance to the center square and the beach, this is the best place. Quiet location, comfortable beds, and a fun layout for young kids (all my kids loved the spiral staircase, although it made for interesting trips to unload and load up luggage). The balcony at the top was perfect for sipping on a cocktail while the sun sets over the ocean. If the owner were to make a few updates then we would 100% book this place every time we came to Seaside.

Great Thanksgiving stay

Our family stayed for the whole week of Thanksgiving and overall our stay was fantastic! The decks and view from the crows nest were fabulous. And the home itself was so cozy. A few things that would have made the stay more convenient/comfortable for future guests is having bigger skillets to cook with and also the mattress in the bedroom on the lowest floor may need to be replaced- my husband and I both rolled toward the middle at night. Would definitely look into booking this property again!

Another Dream Come True

We brought our three sons to this amazing place to celebrate our 25th silver wedding anniversary together for four days and three nights and we loved it! Our favorite things were the spacious room for everybody, the perfect location, the clean, well-equipped interior, The attentive responsiveness of the management, and that special view from the crow’s nest out to the ocean and up at the stars! Any problems were quickly and cheerfully resolved. We hope to go back someday! It was a dream come true and a trip to remember always!

Our Stay

The house was very convenient and a great location! We loved the fourth floor balcony where we could see the sunsets. The beds were not very comfortable and it wasn’t very clear that the upstairs bedroom wasn’t enclosed. There were exterior doors that did not lock and outlets that were exposed. I would not recommend this house if you have kids.

It was a good trip However, there were hairs in the shower and toothpaste in mirrors Worst thing is a strange comment from manager stating via text that,”we don’t provide coffee cups!” What? You have two coffee makers haha. We made do but no more vacasa for us

Needs Maintenance

No hot water for 3 days in upstairs bathroom. The handle was loose but they did come and fix it the day we left! Upstairs bed had springs that dug in my girls back. It needs to be replaced and the hot water was intermittent in the downstairs bath. And the big palmetto bugs were a problem in the kitchen..we left a day early. Not much is being done to rectify the issue after the fact. Not Happy with Vacasa.

House was AMAZING but if you have Cat allergy don't sat here.

My only isssue is that the house is surrounded by cats. If you are scared or have allergy issues with cats this would not be the place to stay. There were at least 9 cats hanging around and were being fed on a porch next door. They even hung out in the trees and came onto our porch at night.

Great location

The location of this property is great. Short walk to both town center as well as the beach. The house is clean and well equipped, but the spiral staircase can feel a bit narrow/dangerous when carrying large items up and down the stairs. It may not be great for families with very young kids. Only real complaint was communication related to adding pool passes. The instructions say to call, but no one seemed to know what I was talking about or how to add them. It took multiple calls/messages to finally get that taken care of.

We were set to travel and arrive on the Friday that Microsoft had the global outage. This was beyond our control and our flights were canceled. The airline was amazing and refunded our money. The property didn’t have any sympathy whatsoever. They were so caring and simply refused to refund anything. They also don’t advertise they charge to use the pool.

Roaches

Wonderful, convenient location! Unfortunately, there is a major roach infestation. Killed two large roaches each day, but also baby roaches were killed each day. That is a sign of a problem. Our gym passes were not left for us (which we paid for) and we had to ask for them to be given to us. Only one working tv.

First time in Seaside

My husband and I brought our 15-year-old daughter and 3 of her friends to stay for a week. It was our first time in Seaside and we didn’t really know what to expect. This house was very comfortable for the 6 of us. We gave the girls the run of the upper level. It turns out we weren’t really sacrificing the master bedroom because that level is ALL open to the living room below. In my opinion, the lower level bedroom is more private and should be considered the primary. Location is great....just a short walk to the pool, beach, and center square shops and restaurants. My only complaint was no carafe for the coffee pot on arrival, but after 3 phone calls one was delivered by 10 am the following morning.
