Ce penthouse d'une chambre à deux étages est la définition de la vie côtière à la plage. Bénéficiant d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe du Mexique et surplombant la place centrale de Seaside, cet hébergement unique en son genre est entièrement équipé avec une cuisine, un coin repas, une demi-salle de bain et un salon avec accès à une véranda meublée, le tout au premier étage. Au deuxième étage, vous trouverez une chambre lit queen, salle de bain (douche seulement) et accès à une terrasse privée. Ce chalet offre vraiment la vue parfaite avec des sièges de boîte dans la vie quotidienne de Seaside, en Floride. Les extras comprennent une laveuse / sécheuse empilable et des espaces communs qui comprennent une cour et un balcon supplémentaire.

Cette unité n'a pas de place de stationnement assignée, le stationnement est le premier arrivé, premier servi dans les espaces derrière le bâtiment 25 Central Square et dans Smolian Circle. L'accès à la plage de Seaside pour ce chalet se fait par les points d'accès publics, le pavillon Coleman et le pavillon Seaside, situés au centre-ville.

Il y a un ascenseur à l'entrée du troisième étage.

Great location on Seaside center area

Great wine there to greet us, comfortable bed and living areas and definitely enjoyed beach and riding bikes in Water Color. Would like better dishes, and one stove burner did not work. Overall great place to stay.

Beautiful Place, Super Convenient!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in the square this year! Getting to the beach and restaurants/shops was a breeze and the views were wonderful. The unit was recently remodeled and it was not only beautiful, but perfect for our family of 4. The only drawback of staying in the square is the noise. If you are wanting to get a good night's sleep, you might not want to stay here. Teenagers are allowed to hang out in the square after everything closes and during our stay, they were there between 12:30 and 1 am each night. Then, beginning at 5 am, you start to hear delivery trucks, powerwashing, etc. We understood that those things were necessary to keep the square looking nice and the restaurants/shops stocked - but people should just be aware that those things are going to happen daily when you stay here.

We love staying here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A More Perfect View is just that! The views from the patio and master bedroom are amazing. We love being so close to everything. Our kids were able to bike all around and walk to grab breakfast and coffee each morning. Lunch/dinner and shopping are right downstairs. Our new favorite place to grab a meal this year was drome. We went twice! The staff is friendly and the food is delicious! The beach access is literally steps from our door. The unit is super clean and the management team is very proactive and friendly. If you like being in the middle of it all, this is the perfect place to stay!

We loved staying at Perfect View and the view was perfect. Couldn't of asked for a better location. The property is updated and the beds were comfortable. Everything you needed was in the unit. Can't wait to stay there again!

Probably a perfect place if this is your cup of tea

Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice unit with excellent features and if the full "Seaside Experience" is what you are after this is an outstanding choice.We went because for our 17 year old daughter, this was right up her alley. I prefer seclusion to crowds but I'm old and stuck in my ways.The condo was really nice, the management company does a great job in communicating and responding and we have no complaints at all and highly recommend using them.Our daughter had a great time and that's why we went.

Week at the Beach

The condo did not disappoint, but the building that it is in and the entrance needs a thorough cleaning. Floors are dirty, stairwell has trash in it, the floors again need a good old fashioned power spraying or scrubbing. For the cost of this rental, I expected better conditions. We were disappointed with that, but happy with the condo itself.

Family friendly, but not very accessible

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was spectacular but the lack of a working elevator was an issue. The agency told us the outage had just been a week; however; the maintenance staff indicated it is a regular occurrence. Do not book if you are not able to walk up three floors with your luggage.Also, there was a lot of noise at night as there were many teenagers in the square not abiding by the Seaside curfew.The unit itself was spectacular and the new renovation was beautiful and very comfortable.

Nice, modern place, but noisy location and random construction

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, daughter and I enjoyed the quality and modern decor of the unit. It was very clean and comfortable. The central location was convenient, but also noisy after hours. Be prepared to listen to loud yelling from various groups of people sometimes until 2am. There was construction going on each day we were there. One day they used a lift and worked above our balcony for many hours. The last day of our stay, a worker used a ladder at 9am to climb to our balcony and work for an hour and a half. We also had to listen to a ventilation flap banging extremely loudly in the early morning hours when it got a little windy. We ended up leaving a day early due to these issues.
