We loved it. The location cannot be beat. It’s an older property so if you are looking for fancy and new, move along. If you are looking for amazing view and comfortable place to rest after long days on a gorgeous beach, this one is top notch. The area really seems to be overtaken by fancy so there’s plenty of that if you are those folks. Leave this one for the rest of us!!!

Beach stay

Location and view were incredible. The place was clean. Had all the cooking tools needed. Being right on the beach was awesome. Sat on the balcony overloking the beach 100' away. Thank you for the wonderfull stay!

Great communication with the management company, Candy. The condo was clean, comfortable and convenient to Seaside, SeaGrove, Watercolor, Rosemary and Grayton beach. Plenty of restaurants and activities to choose from within walking distance or a short drive. We would stay here again and highly recommend this condo. Just don't be afraid of stairs.

Beach Girls' Trip

We loved sitting on the deck watching dolphins in the gulf, the pelicans fly in formation at eye level and hear the peaceful lapping of waves. The property was well stocked with everything you could need. Our only issue was spotty wifi. It was not consistent enough to work online, but then again, you're at the beach so put the work away and enjoy. Nice and centrally located. Would definitely stay again!

Reviewer Comments: From the smooth booking with seagrove on the beach realty... by the way they are amazing (Gary and Candy)... so friendly accomidating and professional... we arrived late and i was a little concerned... but it just all was perfect... the property was just absolutely fantastic.. ocean front ... clean... asthetically beautiful... my family and i thoroughly enjoyed our time.. weather coukd have been warmer.. but hey... your in florida snd its still beautiful... weve been vacationing in seagrove a long time have used different rental property companies over the years but seagrove on the beach take the cake.. woukd recommend them and we have to family and friends.. in a heart beat... thank you seagrove on tge beach for blessing us with wonderful family memories.. which are priceless,,, you guys are the best!!!!

Quick stay

We had a fabulous 4 generation stay & this condo was perfect for 4 adults & 1 child. Inside the condo was super clean & you can tell it is loved. Very nice mural on the wall. Really comfortable beds with lovely sheets. My only complaints are about the building, not inside the condo. There is no elevator so an elderly lady that damaged her Achilles tendon two weeks prior to our trip couldn't come. Second, the building desperately needs painting & it felt dirty around the exterior of the building. To reiterate, inside the condo was very clean. Management was very accommodating with the whole check-in process.

We didn’t want to leave

This place is amazing!!! We have been coming to this area for over 25 years and this place has been by far my favorite. This place had everything we needed and more. The master bed was a 10/10, and I’m a bed snob! My adult daughters were in the other 2 rooms and they had zero complaints as well. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. They also had an air fryer and a Keurig as well that wasn't listed. Previous renters had also left some really nice beach chairs and body board which was a pleasant bonus!! Our beach chairs were out and set up every morning before 7am, thanks to Chip! The only down side to this unit is the 3 flights of stairs, but the view is worth it. If you have young children be prepared for carrying them up the 3 flights. LOL. I would recommend packing as much as you can in ikea bags. We were able to carry them in as backpacks so even my daughters could help us and not put it all on their dad. It was also nice to use them for our grocery haul, allowed for minimal trips up and down. Management was fantastic!!!! Responded very quickly to all of our emails. Check in/out was beyond easy. I think we have found our permanent vacation home. ❤️

They keep in touch if any changes are happening, no surprises when we arrive to mess up our vacation. Easy to work with, they always accommodate us...early arrival, late arrival, need more towels, pillows, or whatever. We only rent through them because of all the horror stories I see with other companies. I have peace of mind knowing I am good to go whith my vacation

Wonderful vacation!

The condo was very clean and has a great location. The beach is beautiful and we lucked out and had perfect weather all week. Everything is accurate in the description. People were placing their chairs out early to claim waterfront spots and it was relatively crowded likely due to the public beach being a short walk away. It was nice having one assigned parking spot but if you have a 2nd vehicle parking spots are limited and first come first served. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend!

Relaxing week at the beach!

The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and the view is fabulous. Location can't be beat for the restaurants and activities that we like to do along 30a. This unit is on the 3rd floor, so be prepared to climb some elevator. Proximity to the beach is wonderful and I highly recommend Chip at Beachchairs4U if you plan to rent chairs and umbrellas. is always great to work with, and checking in and out was painless. Overall it was a great vacation. We will be back!

Perfect location

We had 40 people on this year's annual trip, spread out between 4 locations and within walking distance to each other for our 21st year coming to Seagrove beach. Our place was the favorite of all four. The view and proximity to the beach was fantastic. The unit was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed to cook in every night. Communication from the rental folks was exceptional. Thank you so much!!
