The Space:

This beautiful 5th-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in the living room leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches & the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features in this classy vacation rental include a fully equipped kitchen with all of the utensils you need to cook and prepare a hearty meal. In the dining area, there is a table that will seat six and there are a TV and a DVD player in each bedroom and in the living room as well. In the master bedroom, you will find large windows so you enjoy the view of the beautiful Emerald Coast. The master bedroom consists of a king bed with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and will utilize the bathroom in the hallway. The living room is fully furnished and the couch has a queen size sofa bed for extra sleeping. Beautiful views of the Gulf

Property was as listed. Nice and clean inside. Shower curtains kept falling every time you opened them and should be replaced.View and beach outside property was great!

RIGHT ON THE BEACH

You won't get closer to the beach! Very clean and pretty. My only complaint other than having to leave, would be that the umbrella and 2 chairs i thought were complementary, was actually going to cost us almost $50 a day! So we went and bought some from walmart that we had to then leave there because we flew there. Would recommend and would stay again

Perfect for us!

Excellent experience. This will be our go-to for staying at Ft. Walton Beach. Our priority was the view and we were not disappointed! Condo was updated, clean and well kept. Beautiful and tasteful interior decorating. If we were to invest on a condo, this is the one we would want. Probably not the best for party seekers and families with kids due to the height of the small balcony and no-frills. No recreation, etc., except a small pool in the parking lot. Only complaints: Hot water was not very hot but we did not ask the manager to adjust. Bathtub was not clean in "hidden" spots like behind and under the spigot, under the "soap/shelf" and the joint where the tub met the shower wall was not caulked and harbored mold/mildew. No big deal. It did not seem to be out of control and did not smell.

Great beach, great condo

This is a pretty, clean condo with access to the beach. Sand is white, water is aquamarine.. by 9am, people were grabbing umbrellas on the beach. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, oceanfront! The only odd thing was no door to the master bathroom, you have to lock the entire master bedroom suite instead. Otherwise this was great!

Very nice and clean condo. Perfect for family of four. Literally walk right onto the beach. Less than ten minute drive into Destin. Saved this place as a favorite. Will definitely stay here again.

Birthday Getway - Emerald Towers West

The view from the condo was spectacular and it was a very short walk to the gorgeous beach. Great overall location too! There were a few items overlooked in the cleaning process prior to arrival (nothing major). There was also a loose bathroom faucet, but it was repaired within a few hours of contacting the property manager. Definitely would stay here again!

This property was great! Awesome view of the ocean! Perfect location. Very comfortable master bed! Nice updated bathroom. Great size and perfect picture TVs. I would definitely stay here again!

Good Condo

No thrills or frills. Nice, clean condo. Matched the pictures and was nice. It had everything you would need. The tub in one bathroom didn't drain too well. The oven is not working and had sign on it not to use. Stove top worked and they have put in countertop convection which worked fine for us. Balcony was highlight with gulf view. Pool is shared in front parking lot. Property as a whole could use some upkeep and updating, but the condo itself was nice and comfortable.

A true gem

It was the perfect spot to vacation and connect with family. Plenty of amenities nearby but not so much that we felt boxed in by commercialism. Well situated and equipped right on the beach.

Had blood spots upon entrance. Hole in master bedroom. Sliding doors broken. I contacted this property numerous times an made phone calls due to Covo 19 to get a future date. We were told a day after that a refund wasn’t be giving but to customers Althea called Saturday March 21 and we arrived March 20. Overall a terrible experience. Movies that were free to rent were not the movies that came out the kiosks. Waiting in manager to credit at least two future dates. I have pictures of everything as well.

Awesome condo!

The condo was perfect. Very homey and clean. The master bedroom and bed were great. The beach views were amazing! We had no issue with the condo. The only issue we had was with the buildings elevator. It was not functioning properly and would stall between floors. Got Stuck for 10 minutes!! Then would go to other floors not needing it too. I reported this issue three times and others in the building we talked too also reported the issue and it was never corrected. Five flights of stairs is horrible when you have a bad knee. Again this was the building issue not the condo unit itself.
