The Space:
Wow' is all one can say when stepping into this open-plan beachfront townhome in the popular 300 Ocean Mile community and seeing the endless views of the shimmering sea and sandy beach. It's as if the sea and sand are another room in the house! Smack on the beach and a matter of feet from the sparkling Gulf - the location just doesn't get any better than this! The unobstructed views of sand and sea can be taken in from the decks, living areas, and bedrooms, and feeling the sand in your toes requires just going down a few steps from the deck.
The home has been recently renovated & offers plenty of privacy for families or friends, with bedrooms on separate levels. Located in the Island's popular East End neighborhood, Ocean Mile F-1 is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island, St. George State Park, and the Lighthouse Museum. Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach. The East End neighborhood is a favorite Island vacation destination with close proximity to the State Park, easy access to the bicycle path, and low-density development that gives it a peaceful vibe.
Open the digital lock and go up the stairs to the comfortable open plan living/dining/kitchen area, a half bath, and the beachfront deck. Up another short set of stairs, there is a landing with the laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer, and a lofty, airy main bedroom with a spacious bed and a private balcony with astounding views of the Gulf and shoreline.
