Welcome to 300 Ocean Mile, F-4, a beautiful Gulf front townhome.
The first level of this home has open floor plan that includes a well equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area with gas fireplace. The sliding glass doors open to the water front deck. This level also offers a half bath for convenience.
Just up from there you will find a queen bedroom with full shared bathroom.
The top floor is home to the laundry room, hallway twin over twin space, and large primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Inside the primary bedroom is a mini fridge and coffee maker. This room also has it's own deck that looks out over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
The 300 Ocean Mile community offers two community pools and easy beach access. The center of the island, a few miles away, offers a basketball court/pickle ball court, play ground, shops, dining, and the beautiful lighthouse.
This home offers a beach gear credit with each stay. Guests may choose to rent bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc with the credit.
This neighborhood does not allow golf carts.
