- Details: Max 2 well-behaved dogs with pre-approval and pet fee.
- Rules: Pets must stay off furniture/beds and be crated if left alone. Please clean up waste immediately.
- Adventure: The dog-friendly Greenway starts just steps from your door!

- STAIRS: As a historic home on a slope, there is a small set of stairs to descend to reach the Garden Suite entrance.
- PET POLICY: Max 2 dogs allowed with pre-approval and pet fee.
- PARKING: Private parking lot is available on-site.
- CEILINGS: Built in 1910! As a Garden Level unit, main ceilings are 7 feet, with some ductwork soffits dipping to approx 6 feet. Taller guests should take note.
- THERMOSTAT: Temperature is controlled from the upper floors; we are happy to adjust it upon request. Space heaters and fans are also provided.
