Enjoy a stylish experience at this brand new build. You'll love everything about this home; it's bright, open and modern. The perfect location to walk or ride bikes into the Village or on the Greenway just around the corner. This home offers two outdoor areas; an upper-level deck and a back patio perfect for grilling and dinner.

The main level features an open concept with a modern eat in kitchen, a fold out couch with a Queen bed, also a full bath with walk in shower. The bedroom on the main level is a Queen. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms; one King, one Queen with a full bathroom and adjoining balcony. The property also includes a full size washer & dryer and soft water with reverse osmosis drinking water.

It was lovely - everything exactly as described. Home had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Lots of nice places to take a walk.

It’s a pretty, new, clean, 2 story house. It was well stocked with 3 bedrooms all with either queen or king beds, which fit our tall family. It’s a nice neighborhood and room for outdoor play in front and back. Would definitely rent again.

Unit was awesome especially the location. It was quiet, walkable and had everything you could ever need. We hope to stay here every time we visit WL going forward. Loved walking by the lake, to the shops on the island and coffee at The River. All accommodations were better than expected. 5 stars for sure on this one.

Sisters Weekend 40th Birthday Celebration

Crystal has thought of everything! From all the little details….mini shampoo/conditioner in the showers, cell phone charger/alarm clocks in the bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee cups ‘to go’! Crystal was spot on, very helpful and responsive! We loved our stay and enjoyed the beautiful property and amenities! Winona Lake is such a quaint town to visit and take part in all the shops, restaurants and scenery. It has the feel of a coastal town and the lake is beautiful in all seasons, especially with the snow!

Beautiful new home!

This house was perfect for my adult children as we gathered for “grandma’s” funeral. Being brand new, the house is immaculate and beautiful. My kids report that the beds are super comfortable and that they had everything they could possibly need. Crystal is a perfect host, readily available and has thought of each detail that a rental needs. Thanks Crystal for providing a peaceful respite during a sad event.
