It was a great property for our group. The washer and dryer were really nice because we got drenched one night leaving the Ark iIt was a great location for visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark. We would stay there again.

This property was perfect for a long weekend getaway ! There were lots of bathrooms, bedrooms and space to gather and play games. It was well equipped with everything we needed. It was also exceptionally clean ! We enjoyed our stay and saved the listing for future use !

This place was awesome! Lots of room for everyone and appeared to be brand new. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Ark Encounter.

My wife and I are from Michigan and we met many of our friends from Church at this property (8 adults). We went to the creation museum, hung out in downtown Cincinnati, and went to the Ark encounter. This house was perfectly centralized to each of those places. It is a brand new home and had a bathroom for each couple. We will definitely go back in the future!

Our host, Matt, was amazing. He answered questions very quickly, gave us local places to eat, and checked in on us each day. Brand new beautiful home that has so much space. Would comeback if we came to Walton again! Thanks for everything!!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to other families visiting the area. The host was incredibly responsive, informative, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Everything was straightforward, friendly, and well organized, which made our trip stress-free from start to finish.The house was perfect for our family and served as an excellent home base for exploring the area. It was conveniently located near the Ark Encounter as well as other attractions we enjoyed, including the Buffalo Trace Distillery tour.There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and unwind after busy days of sightseeing. It truly felt like a comfortable hub to come back to each evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book again in the future!

Like new house in a great location. The house was so big we didn’t even use the whole space. House was very clean and had everything we needed. House had plenty of towels as well. Locally there wasn’t a lot to do but it was in the middle of places we wanted to visit so that was perfect. Only downfall was the upstairs was toasty when we arrived so we lowered the AC immediately and when we got back that evening the upstairs was much better. Other thing to note is due to still being new there are sprinklers to water the grass trying to grow. Sprinklers come on all hours and one sprayed the house kind of late and startled us all till we figured out what the noise was and then we all laughed. I highly recommend this house and host. Top notch!

We had a wonderful time at the Ark and Creation home! Everything was just as described in the home. Matt responded almost immediately every time we had a question and even reached out to see if there was anything we needed. There was good access to everywhere we wanted to go and the grandkids got to see snow for the very first time! I would recommend this home to anyone!

Everything was clean and brand new. The amenities were great. Because it's a new construction and even the road the house is on is new and not on our maps app, we had to sleuth out a bit how to get there but we managed fine. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working for the first couple hours after checking in, but after a while it finally kicked on and we didn't have any other issues with it for the rest of the stay.

The best experience ever!!! Clean, spacious, new, fantastic neighborhood. Communication was exceptional. We found lots of restaurants within 10 minutes. 30 minutes from The Ark and 30 minutes from Creation museum and 30 minutes from Cincinnati baseball. We had 2 couples and paid less than 2 hotel rooms. Had way , way more comfort. More care than any of the 1500 hotels I have stayed in. This is a no brainer decision!!!!!!!

The house was clean and new. We had to close the vents on the main floor to get it cool enough upstairs. The house has basics but lacks things like a mirror in the bedroom. No throw blankets anywhere. It had a place in every bathroom that has towel rack repairs in progress or needs repairs. Bathrooms need better and more towels. Only one hair dryer in house.

We really enjoyed our stay at this newly built home. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and a great place for our family to relax. The layout was convenient, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well cared for.We did have a few suggestions that would make future stays even better and are typically expected in a VRBO rental: a laundry room garbage can, a cooking spoon holder, stronger HVAC airflow upstairs (only a small amount of air came through the vents), bedroom ceiling fans, measuring cups and spoons, more than one kitchen cutting knife, steak knives, light bulbs for all lamps, a shade or curtain for the patio door, a grill, a can opener, a shower caddy in the king bedroom bathroom, shower mats for outside the tubs, pot holders, a griddle plate for the stove, and more plates and dishware since the home sleeps 10.Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely return. With just a few additions, this home would be perfect.

There Were items missing that for a party of 9 were important. Towels and wash cloths were only supplied at 1 each. On day 3 we received more towels along with a few hand towels we did not have before. For 4 bathrooms only 1 bath mat. The kitchen would be great if items were added such as a can opener and a few plastic containers with lids as we did a lot of cooking. We enjoyed the area and our trip. I would suggest checking to make sure lamps have light bulbs or at least supply when requested. The house was in a good location.
