Comfortably sleeps 7, 3 bedroom 2 FULL bath newly updated home, with lower level

Enjoy wifi, board games or just a quiet night on the deck. Parking in the front of the property as well as additional parking in the back.

Work station in bedroom 1 with desk & pull out sofa. You will have 2 flat screen TVs. First floor has 2 bedrooms,1 full bath, kitchen&livingroom.

LOWER LEVEL has the 3rd bedroom, 2nd bath and washer/dryer access. Upon inquiring or booking please state where the 3rd bedroom is.

We welcomed our first guest June 17th, 2021. We are family focused and hope you feel at home when you book with us.

One word - AMAZING

Check in easy as pie. House clean and comfortable. No need to actually take anything with us. Completely furnished with necessities for even a long-term stay. Convenience to Creation Museum and the Ark and other points of interest were so accessible and easy to find. Jamaal was amazingly friendly and warm as he shared with us local places to eat and visit.

Cozy house good size for family of 6

We only stayed a couple of nights, but this is a good sized house that comfortably fit our family of 6. Great location, close to both the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum!

Clean and Comfortable!

Great location for Ark and Creation Museum. Florence has great restaurants if you don’t mind a 20 minute drive. House is well supplied, linens and kitchen. No TV unless you can sign on to your own streaming service.

Good location only 15 minutes from Ark encounter & 30 minutes to Creation museum. Very clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Central air conditioning worked very well.

Our reason for the rental was to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum which was very convenient from this property. Goats were super helpful with recommending local restaurant and vendors. Highly recommend!

This house is a duplex.

The house was very nice and had plenty of room for us, but it was listed as a house and not a duplex. Although the rooms didn't seem to be connected, the owner contacted us and said we were too noisy and bothering the neighbors. There were no house rules listed on line or in the house. The only noise would have been from the pitter patter of a three year old. I would not have rented the house if I had known it was a duplex. I think the pictures were misleading and I wondered why the pictures did not show the front of the property. It was a little stressful worrying about bothering the neighbors as we were threatened that if we were too loud they would contact VRBO and take further action. Cute duplex but not a place for a family. We were only there in the evening, so laundry got done late at night. Shouldn't have been able to hear it through the garages.

Very comfortable!

The property is exactly as it is described . Had one morning without power and the owner brought us coffee and doughnuts. Very close to the Creation and the Ark. Spent time playing games and watching movies. A very relaxing time! Especially enjoyed the trick or treats! Nice neighborhood.

Great Stay

The place had everything my family needed. The kids room was perfect for our 3 young kids. It was close to both the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum and was easy to get to. The hosts were fairly easy to get ahold of and were willing to help us as needs arose. My family was right at home in this place!

Handy location

The proximity to the Ark Encounter is excellent, and the rooms and items were clean and comfortable. The remodel on the property for vrbo use could use some touching up/continuation. It was very useful to our family as a place to be in the evening after being away all day. We ate most of our dinners at the house and the cooking situation was OK, we did it!

Felt like home

Arrived to the property easily. Walked in and it was so nice and clean. Bedrooms were comfortable. The washer & dryer was a huge plus. All the comforts of home. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. I would recommend this place 100%.
