Safety & Security: The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell security camera at the front door for your safety.
A Minut noise monitoring device is located inside the unit; it only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations.
* Pool Usage: Use of the pool is at your own risk. To ensure safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and diving is strictly prohibited.
* Potential Fees: Please be aware of potential fees for rule violations, including: $500 for smoking or parties, $500 for excessive cleaning, $200 for a lost key fob, $50 for a lost parking permit, and $50 for an unauthorized late checkout. Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages.
