Other things to note

➤ Guests have access to the main guest areas of the home. A wall to the right of the laundry room separates the owner’s private living area, which is not accessible to guests.


➤ The backyard can be accessed by walking around the house and may occasionally be shared with the owner if she is staying on the property (usually about one weekend per month). There are no shared indoor spaces.

➤ Please note the small wall located to the right of the laundry room. All areas beyond this point — including the bedroom, two closets, bathroom, and backyard — are not accessible to guests and will remain locked during your stay.

➤ For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in

➤ There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs, with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted.

➤ For your safety and peace of mind, this property is equipped with security features, including Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras.

Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date.Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM. However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate a 4 PM check-in so please let us know asap if you need an earlier check-in, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.
