* THE BASICS: -- 3 Bedroom/2 Bath unit located in Landmark Condos in Downtown Atlanta. There is One King and Two Queen Bed .This condo has some of the best mobility in the city: the MARTA station just two blocks down the street and provides quick access to the rest of the city and the airport. From the door of the apartment, it takes 30 minutes to make it to the Atlanta Airport via MARTA.

Great location,

We stayed at this location as a family of 6. The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms fit us well and the property was clean. The host's communication was pleasant and she responded quickly to all of our questions. The location was within walking distance of the main attractions downtown and had a desk attendant on the first floor. There was a 25 fee for early check-in.The photos of the property were misleading... we would definitely suggest updating the photos for future guests.Bedroom one on the listing actually had the twin sofa bed, which was a chase lounge that folded down into a flattened cushion. This piece of furniture wasn't pictured. There was a queen bed in this room, not a king.Bedroom two and bedroom one are actually the same room on the listing.Bedroom three on the listing did not have the couch as shown.The third bedroom was not on the listing, but had a queen bed as well.

Stay was great. Unit was clean and close to where we needed to be. Not the best area but had no issues. Had trouble getting into unit but we worked it out. Overall good stay.

Atlanta stay

Very roomy, clean, had everything we needed. The downside was the portable AC units were noisy but it helped drowned out the road noise with the cars at night. One room did not have a portable AC unit and that room became very hot. Water at first was not getting hot but with a quick text to the host they had it fixed in no time. Would stay here again. Much better than a hotel.

DO NOT RENT!! SUPER OLD ,Parking is horrible, too many RULES!

I will only hit the main things so my post is not so long lol. We arrived and the building looks like it was a purchased foreclosure and it smells. There was assigned parking and tow signs everywhere but someone was parked in the spot assigned. The owner accused me of not being in the right spot, I had to take pictures, and communicate with the front desk (the guy was really nice and states this happens a lot and the owners’ take their time to get cars towed). That process took over an hour and I eventually parked in a 10 hour temporary parking spot but the car was still there once the pass expired!!! Another hour spent on parking my vehicle . The carpet in the hallway is so old and smells like cigarette smoke . The elevators have no ceiling and tarp on the wall. The rental property has these air conditioner units that DON’T work and are super loud!!! Then upon check out 11 am on the dot these two rude women banged on the door “Hose keeping”!!!! They should have been cleaning the building instead of focusing on flipping the unit . The location was good but if you are sensitive to smoke ,dust, and things that look old, DO NOT RENT .

ATL getaway

The apartment itself was nicely renovated. There was only two AC units that worked well in two of the bedrooms. The third bedroom had a ceiling fan, but no AC. The AC unit in the living room was subpar. (It would be quite warm in the summer months). The building is old and in need of renovation.

Great Apartment in Downtown Atlanta

I loved this apartment/unit. It was the perfect size for my group. And it was very well maintained with updated amenities (with the exception of the entry door). My host, Kate was outstanding. She was very accessible and responded to my questions in a timely manner. I am a Travel Agent. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property to my clients because of the building esthetics. The Landmark building is in an excellent location. However, the property looks like a public housing/transitional housing building. The parking lot, the lobby, the elevators, the apartment windows and the hallways all need a massive facelift. There were stains on the hallway carpet and the freight elevator was being used to transport people. The unit listing advertises a pool. But, there was no need for me to explore it after seeing the upkeep of the building. The front desk operator who checked me in was rude. We could also smell marijuana in the hallways and in the elevator. The apartment I rented would have gotten a 5 star from me had the building met my expectations.

Apartment was clean but the building common areas were disgusting. The apartment has so many air fresheners it almost covered up the smell. It’s a shame because apartment is well equipped and comfortable but beyond that it’s pretty bad.

Avoid at all cost.

This place was not safe. Car meet up in parking lot. Elevator had no walls no real lock on doors! No locks on windows at all. 30 air fresheners. White substance on night stand picture hanging off the wall the pictures are very miss leading and host did not communicate we didn’t even end up staying as my kids and I did not feel safe. So lost all my money for being there for 45 min. No real air conditioning or real vents everything smelt bad.from the trashy front desk all they way to inside the place. The front guy told me if you hold the door or the elevator we would get locked in!! Run for the hills on this one!

Good enough - not great

Listing says there are two queen beds and one king. This is not accurate - no king bed. Living space was too small for 6 people with one sectional couch that would comfortably seat 4. Bare minimum (6) towels provided. Air conditioning did not work, fortunately it was not hot in Atlanta during our stay, our bedrooms were uncomfortably warm so I can only imagine if it had been hot outside. Dryer took many cycles to get one load of towels dry, which was an issue since so few towels were provided. Location was decent, easy walking to downtown area. We would not choose to stay at this condo again.

Really nice condo - renovated and super clean! Easy check in. Only downside was that there was only one free parking spot. We had to park our other car at a parking garage that wasn’t cheap.

Nice Stay, Great Location

Place is renovated and really nice. Was big enough for our group of 6. Kitchen has basic needs. It’s a shame the building is in the shape it is. Hopefully they can renovate it. Hallway smelt like smoke and marijuana which made its way into the room. Short distance to downtown attractions and the zoo was probably one of the best things about this place. Designated parking spot was nice.

Nice Condo in a terrible condominium complex

Very nicely remodeled condo. Clean and homey. Beautiful kitchen, dinning space and living area. Window seals very old and could use a good cleaning and eventually window replacement. 3rd bedroom windows need major repairs. Low overall rating due to the state of the condo complex. Nothing as listed on the pictures on Vrbo. Building very outdated, hallways have stained and dirty carpets and very strong odor in hallways and elevator. One of my kids threw up soon as we checked in due to overwhelming odors. Parking space had empty beer cans and trash, if it rains the parking spot floods. Homeless people tend to just walk around the parking lot. Before you book please see Yelp and Google reviews of the Landmark condominium. I read these review after booking and it was too late for me to make changes.

Good condo. Convenient location. Air conditioning is building controlled for the bedrooms. We couldn't cool the bedrooms,except by opening the windows, and there are two other cooling units which are fixed in place (one is quite noisy). They have to be run continuously and they slowly bring the temperature down over many hours. Kitchen is lovely and well appointed with kitchen and dining stuff.

This is a residential building, please keep the noise to a minimum.

The Landmark building was built in 1963 and in doing so the air conditioning and heat are from the same area. Only the building has control over the thermostat, unfortunately. In each condo, It only controls the speed, and force of the air. So some times the weather outside will affect the temperature in the condo. Every year during March and Nov, guests might feel too warm or too cold, we will provide fans/ space heaters during that time. Please ask us the details before you book.

LIABILITY WAIVER: By booking you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS/OWNERS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using any amenities (including the pool & hot tub), walking around the complex and climbing of stairs anywhere on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any injuries arising during your time at the property.
