Completely bamboozled upon arrival to this property. First off, we walked in. It was extremely hot. Every single room, including the living room had space fans. There was absolutely no air-conditioning as it was advertised on the listing. Absolutely no toiletries or complementary towels or washcloths. The few that were left were dirty. The bathroom and showers had not been cleaned. In fact the master bedroom where the bathroom is had a bowel movement stain as if someone had not scrubbed the toilet. I reached out multiple times through the app. And only got replied to twice, and that was to receive the Wi-Fi passcode, as well as to advise me that the air âshouldâ be working. Totally misleading and an uncomfortable hot stay. It was Labor Day weekend so we didnât have very many choices. We went to the grocery store to allow our food to practically spoil because the refrigerator did not work the bottom part of the refrigerator which is supposed to be the freezer is what was working however, it did not freeze. It barely kept things we needed cold. All around this day was a total disaster with no sense of accommodation. If I had my way, I would definitely ask for a refund or at least half of my money back because the cost it cost to stay there was not worth the amenities that were available. The host did not communicate anything at all. My family and I are going to see about going to the bank and reversing our charge for this stay.
