Bedrooms are spaced for privacy, while the living areas are open and designed for gathering, whether for meals, games, or quiet evenings together. The area is ideal for families and is a short distance from everyday offerings in Kentfield as well as the neighboring towns of Ross and Larkspur. Across these three towns, there is a wide selection of popular restaurants, ice cream shops, an old-time movie theater and local stores. There are several playgrounds and sports courts for different ages nearby, along with public swimming pools available for a daily or seasonal fee (Bay Club).
The trail at the end of the driveway connects directly to King Mountain, the Crown Road trailhead, and the greater Mount Tamalpais trail system. Other nearby day-trip destinations include Sausalito (20 minutes), Muir Beach (30 minutes), Point Reyes (40 minutes), and Stinson Beach (45 minutes). Wine country is under an hour away.
