THE LIVING SPACES
Inside, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled main living room with large windows facing the water- perfect for movie nights or morning coffee with a view. Upstairs, a second living area doubles as a game lounge with a Smart TV, games, and space to spread out. Two separate gathering areas make this home ideal for larger groups.

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is stunning and fully stocked with all the cooking essentials you need. Prep meals at the island, serve dinner at the table, or take it outside and dine on the deck. Whether you’re cooking for two or twelve, you’ll have everything required to do it comfortably.

Safety Disclaimers:
Jumping or diving from the dock or into the water is not allowed. Fireworks are prohibited. Please follow posted spa guidelines. Children are welcome but the home is not childproofed. Adult supervision is required outdoors due to the unfenced waterfront deck.

Shared Spaces:
The upper deck is shared with the adjacent property.

Pet Friendly:
One dog is welcome with a $300 nonrefundable pet fee. If you plan to bring additional dogs, please message us in advance for approval. To help us maintain the home for all guests, pets are not permitted on furniture. Evidence of pets on furniture may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Hot Tub Policy:
If the hot tub requires additional cleaning or is not at maximum temperature within 24 hours of your check-in, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to address any issues promptly, compensation in these cases will be limited to a maximum of $50.

Events and Extended Gatherings:
Ask about renting the neighboring property for larger gatherings or reunions.
