Primary Suite: King bed, private bath with walk-in shower, jetted tub, double sinks. Large walk-in closet (fits the provided Pack ’n Play). Desk in primary bedroom for working vacations.
Second Bedroom: King bed with connecting bathroom to third king bedroom.
Third Bedroom: King bed with connecting bathroom to second bedroom.
Fourth Bedroom: Two queen beds with a connected bathroom (also opens to hallway).
BONUS Bunk Room: Twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids.
Each bedroom is outfitted with 100% cotton linens, Smart TVs, and bedside charging stations
Bathrooms feature plush 100% cotton towels, shower soap, hand soap, and hair dryers.

Important Notes
HOA Rules: Maximum 10 guests (children under 2 not included). No pets, boats, RVs, golf carts, or trailers. No tents or canopies on the beach.
Age Requirement: Renter must be 25+ (no chaperoned groups).
Beach Chair Service: Available for an additional fee; personal chairs/umbrellas are limited. Booking early is strongly recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
