Best of all: You donât have to clean before you leave! Just drop the trash in the bathroom trash and *thats it*! Oh and thereâs FREE private carport parking! Just down the steps from that is the private entrance!
If youâre looking for a quiet, hidden away DC gem, book now!
The space
We have a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. While there is not a full kitchen, there is a microwave, crock pot, and air fryer. We also have a water filter on the faucet. The coffee maker also has a separate section for boiling water!
If you have a third person or need a second bed, let us know! We have an extra mattress! The unit is on the smaller side and may not be 100% perfect for families, but we are willing to host you, if youâd like!
There is a strict no smoking policy with a starting fee of $500 for evidence of smoking inside the unit, including but not limited to: tampering with the smoke detector, noticeable smell of smoke, discoloration on walls, burn marks, etc. Guests are welcome to smoke outside the unit in the backyard, side yard, or front yard.
While parking is free and on-property, if you have a larger vehicle, it might be best to park on the street in front of the house. Itâs free too! From December-February the alley sometimes has snow and ice so use your discretion and be safe! Again, street parking is free!

If booked day of, Monday-Thursday, check-in will most likely be after 7pm as we will have to thoroughly clean from previous nightâs guest. Thanks so much!
Other things to note
Cleaning is performed in between stays with Lysol, Windex, Clorox wipes, and Dawn dish soap. Items cleaned include (but not limited to):
- inside and out refrigerator
- inside and out microwave
- all bathroom surfaces (yes including walls)
- dining table and chair
- bar
- sheets, pillows, towels, and wash cloths washed with Oxiclean & detergent
- floors vacuumed and mopped (where applicable)
