Guest must enter property through rear Alley Way. Address is labeled on rear gate. Guest must use shared driveway and shared brick patio platform......then separate house entrances to enter the property. Guest for Unit 2....this unit. Must climb wooden stairs (in pics) up to wooden deck (in pics) and use door coded key box. 1 vehicle only. Parking is 2 shared stacked parking spots (see pic). 1 parking spot for each unit.Soft sound is chimed if your car is blocked. Then car owner will move car.

This advertised bedroom is a small private bedroom with a private bathroom.
Please understand this advertised bedroom shares a boundary wall with house kitchen (not Shared) and maybe noisy at different times...please understand this is a small row house. Bed is a full size mattress
Parking is 2 shared stacked parking spots (see pic). 1 parking spot for each unit. Street parking on 7thST., Farragut ST and Emerson ST for 2nd option.
Guest access
Please do not go to unit 1 on lower level . This access is for unit 2 on upper level.
Coded key box access with access code provided by email day of arrival.
Other things to note
This private bedroom has no Kitchen access. Amenities noted Microwave / Mini fridge/ Coffee /washer -dryer/ outside propane grill can be used if desired.
Please let me know in advance for propane grill use. Bed is a full size mattress.

This is unit 2 of a second separate Unit. Unit 1 is in the Basement of Property which also houses guest, whom also utilize the out back patio and parking area.
