Wonderful stay and wonderful host!!!

Elizabeth was an absolutely wonderful and caring host!!! Communication was perfect. She goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one!! She was awesome!! Now, the place: 1) The neighborhood is beautiful and safe!! 2) Parking is free and unlimited, 3) 15 min walk to the metro, 4) full kitchen, 5) washer and drier. I didn't end up using all of these amenities, but it's great to have them should you need them. The bed is super comfortable and the WIFI works great!!!I can't wait to go back!!!! Thank you, Elizabeth!!!!

A brilliant stay

This property was perfect for someone like me, in town for work, who needed a home base with all the amenities of kitchen, bathroom, Wifi etc, as well as laundry, which I did not need, but is available. A great place to stay!

The property was so affordable I was afraid it might be in a sketchy area! I couldn't have been more wrong. The area was very nice. Everything we could have needed was available. Elizabeth was very pleasant and responsive. If we come visit DC again we will definitely want to stay here

Bus stop is so close

This is my third timing staying. I found the N2/N4 bus right next to the house. It is so easy to ride the bus. I can't wait to come back in January.

It was like staying at a friends house. Laundry, netflix, kitchen, frig, microwave, clean, comfortable. I forgot something and they provided it instantly. I wish I could stay here every time I visit. Thank you so much!

Everything you need

The communication with the host was fantastic from the very beginning, even when I had a couple changes in schedule. The basement apartment, While looking like your relatives Guest room, it has everything you need washer dryer, kitchen, and an extremely comfortable bed. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and worth walking through and you can also walk to Starbucks and several restaurants and a smoothie store and CVS. Close to the metro this is a great place for someone to stay, who wants to get out and explore the city!

Beautiful and safe location

The apartment was a basement so darker than I expected. Everything I needed was there. Comfortable bed and couch. Would’ve liked a desk or table for studying. Elizabeth was great with communication. A real bargain!

Cozy spot conveniently placed for travel

This room is small, but comfortable, and has all the basic necessities for a nice stay. Brita Filter, Kuerig machine, pots and pans, cups, plates, and bowls, are provided along with a Fridge, Microwave, stove, and oven. The bed is comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet, making for nice sleep. the house is a 15-25 minute walk away from both the Tenleytown AU and Friendship Heights Metro stops, making travel to Maryland, Virginia, and Downtown DC relatively simple.

Nice appartment in basement

Comfortable stay, nice accesoires like washing machine, tv with netflix, föhn. 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Would be nice if their would be oil/butter for cooking. Lady was helpful to find everything in the appartment, reacts almost immediately on questions
