Appartement sous-sol 1 chambre avec AC et WiFi à Washington

Thanks for your kind words, Gerald. I’m glad to hear that check-in was smooth and our apartment met your expectations. Look forward to welcoming you back next time you’re in DC.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience was affected by the severe and highly unusual thunderstorm that flooded many parts of Washington, DC during your stay. While the weather event was out of anyone’s control, we responded promptly to your call—arriving with family to assist you in removing water and clearing the blocked city drain in front of the unit, which was the primary cause of the issue. It’s important to clarify that the unit was never intended to be used for long-term storage, and it was not disclosed that you would be moving in with a full truckload of personal belongings. This unusual use of the unit significantly increased the impact of the flood on your items. We always strive to provide a clean and safe environment, and this incident was the first time we’ve had water enter the unit. The unit was thoroughly cleaned and maintained prior to your arrival. We respect all guests’ rights to honest feedback, but we believe your review does not accurately reflect the situation and omits important context, including our efforts to assist you and the extraordinary weather conditions that affected the entire area. Despite the challenges during your stay, we still left you a positive review in good faith, hoping to maintain mutual respect between host and guest. We only ask that feedback remain fair and reflect the true nature of the circumstances
