Inside, the home comfortably sleeps guests with one king bed, two queen beds, and two single beds, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone. After a day on the water, unwind indoors with a friendly game of pool, or head outside to enjoy the expansive backyard.

Step outside to a large backyard that's partially fenced, ideal for outdoor fun and relaxing afternoons. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, cook out on the grill, or gather at the outdoor dining area for meals with a view. Lawn games like cornhole add to the laid-back lakehouse vibe.

The private dock provides two jet ski parking spots and one boat tie-off location for easy lake access. Please note: the covered boat slip is not available for guest use. Spend your days cruising, swimming, or simply soaking in the beauty of Lake Lanier right from your backyard.

If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
