Other Things to Note:

- All guests must be 25+ (with the exception of children with their parents).
- 8 person maximum
-Parking is limited to 2–3 vehicles due to the steep driveway. Please follow the provided parking directions to safely navigate and allow space to turn around, as the driveway is steep.
- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
-There are several stairs to get to the lake - if you have mobility issues please keep this in mind.
-Our new hot tub is a 110-volt plug-in model, so it warms up a bit slower than the hard-wired ones. We drain and refill it after every guest, so if you’re checking in right after another stay, it may need a little extra time to reach full temperature — but it’s worth the wait!
