Ranch en brique des années 60 avec piscine, salle de jeux et vue dégagée sur le lac. Grande terrasse à l'arrière de la maison. Vue sur le lac dans toute la maison. Planchers de bois franc dans le salon et immense chambre des maîtres avec lit traîneau king. Trois autres chambres meublées. Détendez-vous au bord de la piscine ou sur le quai de fête à double glissement.


La maison est située directement sur le lac avec une vue magnifique, une piscine et une salle de jeux! Il y a trois lits king et deux lits queen. Quai à double glissement avec pont de réception de 30 x 30 pieds au-dessus. Bonne pêche et crique de ski en face. Location de bateau ponton disponible.

Table de bal Foos, table de billard, ping-pong en bas. Détendez-vous et partez. À seulement cinq minutes des restaurants historiques de Gainesville, etc. Centre olympique de canoë-kayak en vue avec rampe de mise à l'eau publique.

Charming lake house. Excellent location close to town but not too close. Great stay for a larger group. Communication and checking were really easy. Beautiful view. Loved the game room down stairs. We spent a bunch of time there. Thanks!

It was a fantastic place to stay. Great place to hook up with family and friends. The lake was right behind the house. Great pool, pool table, ping pong table to provide entertainment and get everyone talking and involved. Good location to grocery stores and shopping. A great time was had by all.

Great spot

This place has it all, great view of the lake, a pool to lounge by and entertainment in the home as well. Rob is very responsive and easy to coordinate with. My family had to make some last minute adjustments to our schedule and Rob was very accommodating. We will be back.

Did not want to go home!!! PERFECT FOR FAMILIES

by far the best lake vacation I have ever had! The location was perfect for us. We brought our own boat and we where very happy that the ramp was in sight from the house! The home has EVERYTHING you need. Plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. Space galore. Our kids had a ball. I felt welcomed there and all that we needed was available. I will definitely check availability here before anywhere else!!!! If you didn't like the mattress there where down toppers and mattress pads galore! Plenty of pillows too!!! Love love love!!!

Disappointing

This home has a great viwe and lots of space however, none of the ovens worked the basement had a leak from the outdoors and smelled strongly of mildew. There were only sketchy cooking utensils and pots. Bathrooms were in need of updating and linens were pretty old.

Well I guess you can't make everyone happy. This was a Thanksgiving rental. I always make myself available to address any concerns and was never notified of any problems or concerns during the guest stay. This is the first review of this nature and almost a year after the stay..???.... I take any guest concerns seriously.

Beautiful views

We had a relaxing and fun stay. Plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked. The dock and lakefront is amazing and you can see the lake from three of the bedrooms and the main room and while you are cooking. We stayed in the winter and didnt get to use the pool, but it is beautiful. We spent a lot of time playing pool and ping pong too. We had an issue with the stove not working one evening and the owner was incredibly available, responsive, and had it fixed and back working the next day. Super nice guy. Great place. We will be back.

Great location

House has great location, closure to everything you need while on vacation. Pool was very enjoyable by our kids It is not a modern new house but still very clean and has all amenities. The owner was nice and responded for every our question.

Extremely convenient location, yet nice & quiet portion of Lake Lanier. Great swimming pool and if it rains, no worries...... lots of family entertainment included inside.

Best Lakehouse View!

This house was Awesome! It's got the best view of the lake! You have a pool, a large deck, and awesome GameSpot downstairs! This is a great place for entertaining and for vacation! I highly recommend this house! Rob the owner was very easy to work with and very responsive!

Our lakeside pool oasis

This property is amazing. The pool, view of the lake, access to the dock, not to mention the vast decks and rooms made our return to normal the best ever. Our family loved this great home right on the lake. We even had friends visit while we were there that wanted the link so they could rent it over the summer!

Wonderful family get together property

This property has a True Game room with a beautiful billiards table, table tennis, TV and wet bar with fridge. The outdoors has a pool with flag stone deck and an upstairs deck with plenty of seating with tables and 2 grills, gas and charcoal. Down at the lake, there is a 2 story boat dock / sundeck, perfect for fishing or just relaxing. The house is an open floor plan for family time, cooking while watching a game on the big screen or kicking it on the huge comfy sectional, we'll be back

Great Lake view and pool!

Beautiful views of the lake from wide windows across both floors. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and poolside, and playing pool and ping pong. Wi-Fi is great for those working or schooling remotely.

Relaxing week ok the lake!

This home has everything you need to guarantee an awesome time at the lake. We loved the open floor plan of the upstairs living room that had beautiful views of the lake. The pool with diving board was a huge hit and the ability to rent the boat made it easy to get out on the lake (especially nice when the sun was starting to go down). Swimming/floating in the lake near the dock was everyone’s favorite activity, and there is a sturdy ladder to help you get out of the water. Thank you Rob for allowing us to stay in your amazing home!

Amazing Lake House

Just what the doctored ordered. Great Lake house with great views and nice pool. Really great for a family vacation, house is well equipped and comfortable. Inquire about optional pontoon rental to really enjoy the lake.

One of the best lake houses!

We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Lanier home. The house is large and spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable which you don't always find. The deck was very nice and roomy with spectacular lake views. We loved the pool especially; we made sure to swim for several hours every day! We also rented the pontoon boat and enjoyed cruising and fishing on the beautiful lake. It is a great value for anyone that has rented them by the hour! The owner, Rob, was very easy to get in touch with and checked on us during our stay which was appreciated. The only disappointment we had was that we didn't catch more fish! This lovely home is absolutely one that we want to stay at again!

Wonderful Fall Break!!!

We typically go to the gulf coast for Fall Break but decided to try something different this year and are so happy we found this gem! The view alone is incredible and worth the stay! We had 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room to spare. The owner, Rob, was very responsive and took care of any issues and questions we had. The pool and game room were a huge hit. We loved fishing from the dock, swimming in the lake and pool, playing ping pong, pool, darts and foosball, canoeing and having bonfires. My 8 year old that loves the beach said this was the best vacation she'd ever had! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for a wonderful time Rob!

beautiful water views but disappointed

It is always hard to rent a place site unseen. The lake views were awesome, the pool was dirty when we got there and didn't get cleaned till 5 days later, this was my biggest complaint. The house was just very tired, from the furniture to carpet, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Wallpaper was removed in lower level and walls left unpainted, carpet needs replacing (many stains), bathrooms have mildew, ceiling fan needs replacing and remove floor fan that doesn't have protective covering. It is one thing to have to replace the propane tank for the gas grill but we had to replace the propane tank in the kitchen (yes the stove is run by a propane tank inside the cabinet). Refrigerator is small and needs repair the waterline for the icemaker is split and leaks. As I said if the items were repaired/replaced it could be a 5 star place.

I guess you can't make everyone happy. I'm very quick to respond to any problems as soon as I'm notified. There were a lot of thunderstorms this year which makes it difficult to keep pool in perfect condition every day. I have a pool guy on call. Refrigerator was having some issues this summer because door was not closing all the way causing condensation.. I plan on replacing it at the end of summer.. Hard to know when a propane tank is about to run out and would have gladly reimbursed guest if notified. I converted to gas/propane range because there is only electric service in my area and I prefer to cook on fire not electric. I agree some things are seeing wear over the years with so many guest, of which most are very happy with their stay. I have repeat renters every summer. Downstairs kitchen is dated and not really to be used except for sink. I try to make upgrades every year and will take this feedback into serious consideration. I am sorry to hear that this guest wasn't completely satisfied. Rob

Better than expected

The pictures don't do the house justice. We were beyond ecstatic with the view of the lake and the gorgeous pool. We were 8 in total and had plenty of room to be all spread if we wanted too. The game room downstairs is a great feature as well. We will hopefully be back!

We were very pleased with the stay for our vacation. We especially enjoyed the pool and game room. The pontoon boat was a great get away as well. I highly suggest this property for vacation rental.
