The space
Villa Dolce Vita is a brand new luxury villa 2026, located just 2 blocks from Atlantic Avenue and 1 block from the new Sundy Village, the hottest new location in Delray Beach so you can walk to plenty of amazing restaurants. The home is located by the part of Atlantic Avenue that has the best restaurants and bars that Delray Beach has to offer.

Our luxury Villa has designer furnishings, high speed Wi-Fi, a spacious and gorgeous living area with 85" frame TV to preview your favorite art, stone dinning table for 8 people, bar area and a designer kitchen with Taj Mahal countertops, with all Miele appliances, wine fridge, speed oven, and regular oven, plus microwave in pantry.

Enjoy the beautiful and large backyard with a heated saltwater pool with sun shelf and jacuzzi, full summer kitchen, backyard games, sun lounge chairs, outdoor sofa and dinning table for 8 for seamless indoor outdoor dining.


Also we have a beach umbrella and a few beach chairs that you can bring to the beach with you.

In the kitchen we have Keurig, Ninja coffee maker, French press, and a tea kettle plus we will provide you with coffee, Keurig capsules, and tea during your stay.

In the living room you will find an iPad, Bose Bluetooth speaker, and plenty of games for all.

We will have our wine rack and wine cooler stocked, so make sure to enjoy a couple complimentary bottles during your stay.

Each bathroom will have a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Upstairs you will find all the 4 bedrooms:

*Primary bedroom with king size bed, 65" TV, Bose speaker, balcony with furniture overlooking the backyard and pool. His and Hers closets, stunning bathroom with a bathtub, double shower, double vanity and toto toilet with bidet

*Second primary bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, 65" TV, balcony with furniture overlooking the backyard and pool. Spacious bathroom with shower.

*Third and fourth bedroom each one with queen size bed and balcony. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with double vanity, shower/tub.

The laundry room is also located upstairs and as an iron and an ironing board, plus laundry detergent.
