• November – April: Heated during daytime hours (included in stay). Not heated overnight; temperature may vary with weather.
• May – October: Pool heating is typically not needed, but available for $30/night upon request.
• Note: Pool controls are managed by our team — tampering may result in a $500 fee.

🐾 PET POLICY (1 DOG ALLOWED)
• One approved dog per stay (fee applies).
• Breed and weight must be disclosed prior to booking.
• No dogs under 1 year old or restricted breeds (including Labradors).
• Unauthorized pets are subject to a $500 fine.
• Protective couch covers are provided.
