Awesome stay

100% would go back- great house and location. House was clean and spacious. Pool was great and we were able to use the bikes to ride into Delray. Nicole was great, very responsive and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Breezes

We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Breezes. The property is very well laid-out, clean and well-appointed. The property manager was responsive and professional. We had a ball sitting by the pool between the front and back houses. We would definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful and clean

This was an amazing property and perfect for our girls weekend. Fresh flowers, and basket of treats were left for us and was a nice surprise. Would rent again 100 %

Delightful House In Delray

This house and cottage was perfect for our two families and children for spring break! The outside space was perfect for us to spread out, relax, and enjoy the games the house has to offer as well as the pool loungers and BBQ. The house was extremely clean and well furnished. Nicole was an excellent hostess and made sure we felt very welcome. Her added touches were much appreciated! Highly recommend this property for a Delray getaway!

Great Delray Stay!

My family and I visited for Thanksgiving and had a great time. The house was in a nice neighborhood and a short walk 25 minute walk to the beach which we did several times. The house had all kinds of games including Foos-ball, cornhole, ping pong and a mini putting green. The heated pool was really a nice way to relax and the pool deck is where we spent a lot of time hanging out. It had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast and the cottage was a nice spot for our oldest. The check in and out were super easy and Nicole was very responsive and helpful. It is a great place that we will visit again. Thanks Nicole!

Nostalgic visit to Delray Beach

The house was perfect for us with all the right rooms , beds, baths and even a laundry room that worked as a private space for the crib. Pool was perfect though smaller than in the picture. Location was fabulous with walking to the beach and Atlantic Ave easy to do. Used the cruiser bike to make the trip quicker as well. The amenities in the house were plentiful--kitchen stocked with every pot, pan, utensil, spice and condiment anyone would need. Nicole also left a huge basket of treats for us that lasted the week we stayed there. Really perfect vacation house!

This is a perfect property

I am a solo traveller with no vehicle that demands excellent residences and this fits the bill. Short walk to variety, grocery , and drug stores. $1 bus ride to downtown Delray or take a provided bike.. Pool in the sun a good part if the day-great for swims. Impeccably neat and clean. No clutter. Everything is in working order. Professional property manager. This is the best of the best.

Best home away from our home :)

First off, Nicole is an amazing host! Communication was on point from the beginning of our booking all the way through our stay up until we left. Now the house. Let me just say, the pictures do it no justice. This house was absolutely GORGEOUS!! The cottage was the added finishing touch to this amazing property. Rooms are big, beds are super comfy, and did I mention EXTREMELY clean!! The entire place was spotless when we arrived and very well stocked, from the bathrooms to the kitchen and even towels and linens. The pool was the perfect size and the entire outside setup was comfortable for our party of 8 and 12 guests at one point. We are already planning our next trip here :)

Delray Beach Gem!

I would book this property again in a heartbeat! The property manager, Nicole, was excellent to work with. The booking process was easy and Nicole offered so many recommendations for us since it was our first visit to the area. The house is even better in person than the photos. We walked in to a spotless home with everything we needed for the week. We loved the privacy of the pool and courtyard, and we all enjoyed the bikes, ping pong and cornhole. The golf in the area is also top notch and the guys enjoyed exploring a few courses. The beds are all very comfortable too! Nicole was very helpful answering our questions and offering recommendations. The beach was beautiful and accessible by bike or car, and we took advantage of the town-sponsored Freebie golf cart lifts several times to get to and from town. We would stay here again without reservation!

My family and I stayed here for a week and we loved everything about this home. It was very clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. Delray is a lot of fun! With tons to do. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful vacation!

This property was simply fantastic in every way! It had everything we needed for our family vacation. The house and guest house were clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach / pool vacation. The pool and outdoor space (chairs, table, BBQ, spike ball and other games etc) were incredible. The location is fabulous and only a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and accessible to Atlantic Ave. We arrived to a huge basket of treats and food essentials which was very much appreciated after our travel journey. Everything was labelled and super organized. When we had questions, we were responded to almost immediately. It was our first time doing a rental like this and it was a super positive experience, so much so that we ever extended our stay! It also feels VERY COVID safe which was important to us. We can't wait to go back and will miss Paradise Breezes & The Cottage House.

Beach Get Away

We would come back to this property again and again. Everything about it made our stay comfortable, fun and relaxing. The home and the cottage are very nicely done inside and very clean. There was nothing that was lacking in this place for a beach vacation. It made our short trips to Atlantic or the beach extremely simple. Nicole was more than helpful and very responsive from booking to our departure. Thank you Nicole for making things so easy!
