Stay in Ondina with direct beach access

This vacation apartment is located in the Ondina neighborhood of Salvador, within a condominium that offers direct access to the beach. Its location makes it easy to enjoy the ocean and walk along the waterfront without the need for long distances.

The apartment provides a practical and comfortable stay, with easy access to restaurants, markets, and local services. It is an ideal option for those seeking convenience and close proximity to the beach during their stay in Salvador.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, four-burner gas stove, gas oven, water purifier, blender, sandwich maker, Italian coffee maker, and coffee machine, providing convenience for meal preparation. The laundry area includes a washer and dryer, a compact drying rack, and a floor drying rack, as well as an electric iron and a compact ironing board. There is also a guest restroom with a vanity mirror. The living room is comfortable and functional, featuring a full-length mirror, air conditioning, a sofa bed, a 55" smart TV, and blackout curtains. The bedroom and closet area offers air conditioning, a 50" smart TV, and blackout curtains. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with an exhaust fan, toothbrush holder, and hair dryer. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and includes blackout roller shades and glass enclosure, creating a pleasant space for relaxation.

Located within a club-style condominium, you will have direct access to the beach, where you can enjoy the crystal-clear ocean waters. In addition, the condominium offers an excellent leisure area with shared swimming pools, a barbecue area, a well-equipped gym, sports courts, and more, providing opportunities for both relaxation and recreation. Guests have access to the amenities available within the complex, including the pool and gym. Use of the barbecue area and party room requires prior reservation and payment of a condominium usage fee. The shared pool is usually closed on Mondays for maintenance and water treatment, and it may also be closed on other days as determined by the condominium management. During the Salvador Carnival period, parking access is restricted due to municipal traffic regulations, and the guest parking space will not be available for use.
