Pet Policy:
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at our lake home. We allow up to 2 dogs weighing 50lbs or less.

Because bringing a pet requires additional cleaning, inspection, and maintenance beyond a standard turnover, a $200 pet fee per stay applies. This helps cover extra time spent removing pet hair from upholstery and rugs, additional laundering, deeper cleaning of floors and furniture, and inspection of the home and yard after checkout. The pet fee is separate from the standard cleaning fee and must be included in the reservation if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know the breed, size, and number of pets when booking. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges.

Pet House Rules:
• Pets must be included in the reservation prior to arrival.
• Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the home.
• Pets are not permitted on beds or upholstered furniture.
• Please bring a pet bed or blanket so your dog has a comfortable place to rest.
• Guests must clean up after pets in the yard and outdoor areas.
• Please dry pets before entering the home after swimming in the lake to help protect floors and furniture.
• Excessive pet hair, odors, or additional cleaning beyond a typical pet stay may result in additional cleaning charges.

Additional Pet Care:
Because our lake home is carefully maintained and prepared for each guest, pets should be supervised and treated as they would be in your own home. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, including damage to furniture, doors, flooring, or landscaping.
