You'll even have a complimentary 6-PASSENGER GOLF CART to use during your stay! Public beach access at James Lee Park is just 1/3 mile away! You can also enjoy the Destiny West amenities including a large pool, tennis courts and exercise room - just a ½ block from this home.

It's perfect for families or up to 4 couples. Max occupancy is based on the combination of adults (age 16+) and children; it's most comfortable with up to 6-8 adults and 2 children.

You'll enjoy a memorable vacation in this beautiful home. There's plenty of seating for everyone in the inviting living space with an extra large TV. This space features 2 queen sleeper sofas , a loveseat, a recliner and another chair. It's a great place to hang out together and watch movies or a game, or just enjoy the fireplace on a cool evening.

There's plenty of space to linger over your favorite vacation meals here too. The dining area features a custom wood dining table with comfortable seating for 6-7, and there's room for 3 more at the kitchen bar.

The beautiful open kitchen features granite countertops, lots of storage and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove. It's a great layout for multiple cooks - with an extra counter and a pass-through window to the screened porch! And you'll find it well-equipped with plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, and everything you'll need to enjoy cooking and dining while you experience life at the beach!

BEDROOM #1 - KING MASTER WITH PRIVATE ENSUITE AND BALCONY
This luxurious master suite features a Custom King Bed, and a comfortable chair and a lamp - perfect for curling up with a good book. There's also a dresser and mirror, 2 bedside tables with lamps and a TV and DVD player. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the fresh air. There are two comfortable chairs waiting for you there. The huge custom walk-in master closet with shelves, drawers, and plenty of space for your luggage - makes it so easy to unpack and really make yourself at home. And of course, a spacious, private master bathroom is all yours!

BATHROOM #2 - LUXURIOUS PRIVATE ENSUITE FOR KING MASTER
High windows fill this large bathroom with light. You'll appreciate the double vanities, a large, relaxing soaker tub and custom walk-in tile shower. As expected in a true master bathroom, there's a private commode room too.

BEDROOM #2 - KING GUEST ROOM WITH ATTACHED BATHROOM
You'll rest well after a day at the beach in this inviting room with a comfortable King Bed. There's plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home here - you can store your things in the dresser and closet. There is an attached shared full bathroom.

BEDROOM #3 - DOUBLE QUEEN GUEST ROOM WITH ATTACHED BATHROOM
With TWO QUEEN beds, this is a great room for couples, or a small family. There's a bedside table with a lamp, a TV, and plenty of space to unpack and leave your suitcase in the closet. There's also an attached shared full bathroom.

BATHROOM #3
Shared bathroom for guests staying in Bedrooms #2 & #3. With a Jack-n-Jill layout, this bathroom has an entrance from both Guest Rooms. It features a large vanity with storage and two sinks. The private room with commode and tub/shower makes this a comfortable space to share.

We keep this home clean and well updated, and pay attention to amenities that you expect, such as FREE WiFi, high definition cable TV, big, fluffy bath towels and hair dryers in each bathroom, and more. You'll find a full-size washer and a dryer in the spacious laundry room next to the kitchen. We also provide items our smaller guests may need like a high chair and pack-n-play.

OUTDOOR SPACES - SCREENED PORCH & FENCED BACKYARD
The screened back porch, with 4 chairs and a coffee table, is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverages and snacks. There's even a pass-through window from the kitchen! The private backyard is completely fenced - great for children and dogs. And there's a gas grill for the outdoor chefs in your group.

6 PASSENGER GOLF CART
Complimentary use of the golf cart is included with this rental. Please note: We make every effort to ensure the golf cart will be available and in working order during your stay but sometimes, problems arise which are outside our control. In the event that the golf cart is inoperable and/or unavailable during your stay, there will be no compensation or replacement offered for this complimentary service.

OFF-STREET PARKING
You may park up to 3 vehicles at this home, depending on size. You cannot park on the grass, over the sidewalk, on the street or in the right-of-way. No RVs, boats or trailers are allowed. The golf cart is parked and plugged in inside the garage.

DESTINY WEST NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
As a guest at Seashells Cottage, you can enjoy the wonderful amenities of the Destiny West neighborhood - just ½ block from this home. These include tennis & pickleball court, exercise room, basketball goal and large community pool & hot tub.

PET FRIENDLY
We are pet friendly and welcome your dog in our home. There is a $300 per dog extra fee and your dog must be pre-approved by the owner.

LOCATION
This home is in the exclusive gated community of Destiny West - which is right across from The Crab Trap restaurant and James Lee Park public beach access. You can walk or take the golf cart the short distance (it's just a third of a mile) - with restroom facilities at the beach here too.
