The Space:

Create everlasting memories of your trip to Florida at this 7th-floor beachfront condo in Sterling Shores Resort! Have everyone get changed into their swimming gear and relax at the lagoon pool. The kids can frolic in the mushroom fountain or one of the pools while the adults lounge comfortably with a beverage from the snack shack next to the beach. Sterling Shores is also conveniently located near numerous entertainment and shopping options, as well as restaurants. Sporting fresh paint, rugs, and other new additions, you'll feel right at home upon entering your vacation home. Its kitchen, dining area, and living room are all designed to give you the most comfortable stay possible. After waking up in the primary bedroom, use your direct access to the balcony to appreciate the gorgeous Gulf views and start your day right. With the bedroom's walk-in closet and bathroom with a separate shower and large whirlpool tub, you have everything you could want. The back bedroom is sizable and even boasts its own small efficiency kitchen, a separate shower, and another large tub. The final bedroom contains two twins, a closet, and can access the hall bathroom. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool -Gas grill -Fitness room Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound.
