Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize that you were not informed about the downstairs A/C issue before your arrival. That was our oversight, and it is not the level of communication or customer service we strive to provide. While unexpected maintenance issues can occur, we make every effort to notify guests before arrival if there is an issue that cannot be resolved prior to check-in. We are truly sorry that this did not happen in your case, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing it was, especially after choosing this home for its layout and amenities. We appreciate your patience while our maintenance team worked to obtain the necessary part and complete the repair. Unfortunately, the delay in receiving the replacement part was outside of our control, but our failure to proactively communicate with you was not, and we take full responsibility for that. Thank you as well for letting us know about the damaged flooring plank. We are investigating the issue and discussing the appropriate repairs with the property owner to ensure it is addressed promptly. Our General Manager will be reaching out to you directly to discuss your experience. We value your feedback and are committed to learning from this situation so we can provide the level of service our guests expect and deserve. We also appreciate your kind comments about the cleanliness of the home, the comfortable beds, and the peaceful location.
