Step outside and enjoy crystal-clear water, a sandy-bottom shoreline, and shallow areas perfect for kids and launching small watercraft. The 100 feet of private frontage includes sandbars, beach gear, a fire pit, and a seating area close to the water. Four kayaks and life jackets are included for your use. The lower level and loft area require stairs for access. The walkway to the beach is quite long and can be somewhat uneven.
