Spanning approximately 8,700 acres, it is divided into two sections: North Lake Leelanau and South Lake Leelanau, connected by a narrow strait. Surrounded by charming towns, vineyards, and rolling hills. Its proximity to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the quaint village of Leland adds to its appeal, making it a perfect getaway for nature lovers and those seeking a luxury lakefront lifestyle.

With NoMI Stay, we ensure a peaceful and relaxing visit. The home will be stocked with all essential items to be sure you have a smooth check in. Items include: Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, and coffee. Connect to wifi when you arrive and login to all your favorite streaming services on the smart TV's. Properties do not offer cable.

THINGS TO NOTE:
Age Requirement: All guests staying at this property must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Age verification will occur after booking confirmation with picture ID.

Damage Waiver Fee: A $129 damage waiver fee is required for each stay. This fee provides coverage for accidental damage up to $4000. If damages exceed this amount or are determined to have been caused by malicious intent, the right to seek additional compensation is reserved.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with an additional fee, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. All dogs must remain leashed at all times for the safety of guests and the surrounding area. Please do not leave dogs unattended at the property—either take them with you or secure them in a kennel. Barking or disruptive pets will not be permitted. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Breed restrictions apply.

Credit Card Fee: A non-refundable credit card processing fee is applied to all reservations.

Cleaning for Extended Stays: For reservations lasting 14 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. Guests may also request this service for shorter stays for an additional fee.

Dock Use: The dock is available for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers for rental boats. A mooring ball located beyond the dock is provided for securing boats between rides. Please note that sudden winds and waves may cause damage to boats or the dock. The dock does not have protective bumpers, so boaters should take caution during use. Lake Leelanau has a dock that is in the water Memorial Day thru Mid September. If you are staying with us in September, reach out to make sure the dock is still in the water if interested before your stay.

Guests are able to use entire home and property with the exception of the owner's closets inside the property, and the locked detached garage. Plenty of parking in private driveway.

You can charter a boat for fishing or set off to explore the Manitou Islands. With numerous public parks and beaches, the area is an excellent choice for family-friendly activities.

For those wishing to venture out, this property boasts an excellent location for day trips throughout Northern Michigan. It's a 30-minute drive to Traverse City, roughly 30 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes, and under 20 minutes to the Homestead Ski Resort. Plus, Cherry Capital Airport is just a 45-minute drive away.

Getting Around:
Using a vehicle to get to different areas of town is very convenient with a lot of public parking areas.

Other Things to Note:
Guest can expect a simple check in process. The property address, property details, specific check in instructions will be sent to the guest prior to check in. The code will be released to the guest at the start time of the reservation. For the duration of the stay, NoMI Stay is available 24/7 to answer any questions.

Checkout instructions will be sent to the guest the day before checkout. We kindly ask that you be sure not to leave any personal items behind and be sure you leave the property at the time of checkout. The door code will expire at the reservation checkout time stated in the instructions. Our cleaning team will arrive promptly at checkout.
