Shotgun duplex turned into one house but very much your staying in a classic NOLA shotgun with fireplaces in every room etc. Cool bar 100 yards/meters from the front door. Nice back yard and porch as well. Super well appointed kitchen. I'd stay here again.

Wonderful Stay for Our Girls’ Trip!We had such a wonderful stay in New Orleans for our girls’ getaway! The home was clean, spacious and comfortably accommodated all six of us, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, with excellent communication throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the wonderful local recommendations, which helped make our trip even more memorable! It was the perfect place for our girls’ getaway, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans. Thank you for helping make our trip so special!

I stayed here with two work colleagues/friends for a work trip; we were very pleased not only with the introduction provided by the property manager, but with the thoroughness of the amenities and though given to making sure everything you need is readily available. This was a great place to stay and easily within walking distance of many awesome places. If you're looking for somewhere a bit removed from the noise and bustle of Bourbon Street, this is a fabulous option!!

I stayed here with 7 friends and it was perfect! Plenty of beds and bathrooms, and the decor was so homey. The host was very communicative, kind, and helpful. And the location was great - walking distance to places like the French quarter and garden district, but in a quieter area that wasn’t right in the middle of it all. I would definitely stay here again!

House was charming, clean, plenty of amenities and well stocked. Great kitchen. A reasonable walk to get to Bourbon street, but we repeatedly found ourselves at the Rusty Nail next store for great food and great drinks.Sam and Allen were very communicative, and made in/out easy. Would stay again.

Quintessential New Orleans! The property had everything you would need, including plenty of coffee and a basket of snacks. The off street parking was a major plus! Upon first arrival you may be concerned about the close proximity to the large, noisy highway behind the property, but once inside it was surprisingly quiet. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for us to gather and be comfortable. It was very well located near many attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of co-workers traveling to NOLA for a convention being held at the convention center. The house was clean, large, and we were delighted that it was a relatively short walk to the convention center. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars were nearby. The neighborhood felt safe. The highway is located directly behind this house, so road noise was an issue when sitting out on the back porch, however NONE of that road noise could be heard inside the house. Be aware that two of the beds are in a loft area that is open to hearing noises from downstairs. The bathrooms were extra clean and well-appointed with essentials. Overall this house was a good value for the location and I would definitely stay here again when traveling to NOLA for a convention.

Definitely well stocked. Surprisingly quiet behind next to the freeway. Very comfy and lots of things in walking distance. You have to enter from the back with a garage door not the front. Beds were comfy. Upstairs has a small bathroom but worked. Safe neighborhood.

The whole house was set up to meet and exceed any expectations any traveler/visitor may have. Forgot to pack a toothbrush no propblem, shampoo no problem, body wash again no problem. Ample amount of space for a full family to stay comfortably.The courtyard in the back which is the way you enter is well kept and inviting. I would reserve this house again without hesitation. I'd rate this Vrbo a 10!

This property was centrally located and an oasis in the urban sprawl. Only downside the the traffic noise when in the backyard, but it was a minor issue at best. I would certianally stay here again.
