Spacieux et ouvert étage inférieur étage 2BR Condo Moins de 2 miles de Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk & Downtown Rehoboth Beach. Ce condo est très propre, mis à jour, pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, piscine (s) communautaire (s), court (s) de tennis, près de la promenade de Rehoboth Beach et achats hors taxes à Tanger Outlets. Offrant une cuisine mise à jour entièrement équipée et arrière élégante, lit king dans la suite principale, projeté dans un porche donnant sur l'étang communautaire. L'emplacement est génial, il suffit de marcher jusqu'à Big Fish Grill pour le dîner ou le déjeuner ou d'essayer Arena, une balade à vélo facile vers le centre-ville sans avoir à traverser la route 1 en utilisant l'accès arrière.

Short drive or bike to the beach and boardwalk. The condo was clean and had all accommodations we needed. Would stay here again.

Great Condo

This is our second year staying here. The condo and pools are clean. Not too far to drive to restaurants and state beaches. Highly recommend staying here!

Very convenient location

This property is centrally located near Rehobeth Beach and the Tanger outlets and many other shops and restaurants. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed with very nice decor. It was extremely clean and well maintained.

Sanibel Circle

We had a great time in Rehoboth. The rental was clean and fit all of our needs. It was especially nice to have a pool so close, which was also well kept. There was plenty of parking, even when coming home late, which was also a plus. Great property!

Needed vacation

I was delighted upon entering. The place was bright and clean. Perfect for what I was looking for. The pool was 75’ from the door. Kitchen was well stocked with good knives and pots and pans. Will come again

Like being at home!

We loved it as soon as we opened the front door and saw the Keith Haring area rug! (We are from close to his hometown) The unit was clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds. The screened in patio with a ceiling fan and twinkle lights was really nice and a good safe place to keep our bikes. Loved that it was so close to the pool. The surrounding area was so nice to take a walk, play tennis, or even pickle ball! We took the close by bike trail into Lewes one day and took the Lewes Ferry to Cape May another day! The village is close to many beaches, but the location is quiet and friendly. Several restaurants like Big Fish Grill and Red, White and Basil are walkable. We would definitely go there again!

Awesome Condo in Rehoboth

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The Remax agent arrived in minutes when I had trouble checking in (my fault not theirs). The condo was spotless and I had no issues to report on arrival. We did notice that the front toilet runs if you don’t jiggle the handle. My only complaint is that the listing didn’t specify all the amenities provided in the condo. For instance had I known a crockpot was included, I wouldn’t have packed one. I was also surprised to find a keurig and would have packed K cups had I known about it. This is a perfect condo for a small group or family. We love our stay!

Peaceful setting with lots of conveniences

There was only one issue we encountered - the wifi info on the Welcome email was incorrect. When I read through the Welcome materials onsite, I located the correct info. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay at a wonderful property. I enjoyed the screened in porch because we had a few rain storms and cooler temps during our stay. I shut off the A/C and left the slider open for fresh air and the relaxing sound of the water fountains. We were in town with other family members (who were staying elsewhere) and we ended up babysitting our grandson one day. It was terrific to be so close to the pool where we enjoyed playing & meeting other guests/residents. We found it easy to get out for long stroller walks in the immediate area. There is plentiful parking which made it very nice when our family came to visit us there. The furniture is comfortable & sturdy. The washer & dryer were so appreciated. All in all, this was a great place for our purposes and I will book there again!

nice property, ReMAX = meh

We really liked the condo, and it was exactly as advertised. The only cleanliness issue was the shower curtain liner needs to be BLEACHED or replaced, it was black on the bottom edge. Eww. We were told to check in not before 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. We checked in, and as soon as we unpacked a bit, we wanted to swim. There was no pool pass. We then realized that they close their offices at 3:00 p.m. on Sundays, and Monday was Labor Day, and there was no non emergency way to contact the office before Tuesday. They do not regard the lack of a pool pass as an emergency. I left voice mail. I tried to get help on the emergency line, which was no help at all. and I sent e-mail. I have rented vacation properties from VRBO and other services for years, and I have never been unable to reach property management for 2 entire days of my stay until this stay. And ReMAX couldn't wrap their head around the idea that it's their job to be reachable. I don't care that it's a holiday, because guess what? Staying at their condo is MY HOLIDAY! This was eventually not a big deal, and was easy to fix, but I found their unreachability and unwillingness to acknowledge that closing their office the second we checked in might be a bad way to do things. So the property is nice, we enjoyed our stay, but ReMAX didn't impress us.

Hi Lori- thank you for reviewing the condo and it seems to me you liked the accommodations. Pool Pass- the guest prior to you took the pass home by mistake. Our office was closed due to the holiday and we do apologize for not being able to get the pool card to you that day but I think you will agree REMAX dropped a pool card off first thing the next day.

Needed vacation

The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. I do wish I had chosen something closer to the beach, but this made us get out and explore Rehobeth more. Enjoyed the pools and had a relaxing no schedules time. I would go back again
