Belle maison unifamiliale entièrement rénovée avec 6 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains et 14 personnes confortablement. Cette maison a été présentée sur la plage HGTV en 2016. Cette maison de deux niveaux offre un sous-sol entièrement rénové avec salon / salle à manger, trois chambres à coucher, salle de bain complète, et aire de jeux (baby-foot / ping-pong). Grand espace pour des vacances familiales multi-générationnelles et de grandes familles. Le niveau supérieur est magnifique et spacieux avec w / étage ouvert, cuisine stockée et mise à jour, grande salle de soleil w / confortablement sièges, et trois chambres supplémentaires et salles de bains. Douches extérieures, un parking privé pour 6 voitures, grande cour clôturée, et seulement 1. 5 miles à Rehoboth Beach, 1 BLOC de la Junction & Breakwater Bike Trail, et à quelques pas des restaurants / boutiques. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this property. Obviously, the pool was great and a plus when you'd like to swim when not on the local beaches. Having two kitchens and two washer/dryers helped enormously with our party of 12 (including 4 grandchildren). There were quite a large number of kitchen utensils, glassware, plates and appliances which were very useful. Probably the biggest benefit was the screened in porch which kept insects out and very comfortable in the evenings as the porch was on the east side of the house, Overall, a great vacation house.

Very nice with plenty of space

The house was great for our group of 16. Plenty of space for us to hang out both inside and outside. Kitchens had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice. We all commented on how clean this house was in comparison to many houses we’ve rented over the past 10 years. One small note…The bedroom downstairs with the twin bunks is tiny with no closet. My husband and I used it and were fine for the week, but others may be uncomfortable.

Perfect spot. Would stay again!!!

My family wanted to stay in Rehoboth beach to spend Thanksgiving and this could not have been a more perfect gathering spot for a large family.

Sister weekend

My 4 sisters stayed here last year & loved it so much we had to return! We are going to make it an annual tradition! The house is very spacious & clean! The weather was wonderful so we were able to sit around the pool talking & laughing! We were close enough to walk to downtown Rehoboth and enjoy the shops & restaurants.

Great home for family and friends

We had 8 adults and 8 children stay for a week in this home and we had a great time! The house is decorated so cute, the outdoor space is terrific, and the location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vaca # 2 at this property

This was our 2nd stay at this awesome beach house. It is perfect for our group of 13. The front porch and pool are great amenities. The home is also very spacious and is in a great location. Its a short 1 mile walk to the beach. We'll likely be back again!!

Fabulous Family Fun

We were the grandparents with our sons and grandchildren, ages 1 1/2 -7. The pool was certainly the highlight for all the kids and something we enjoyed every afternoon. It was wonderful to finally have a dining table large enough to accommodate all 13 of us. By far the best equipped house we've ever rented. From kitchen items to games and even some toiletries. That said, the only condiments were salt and pepper. No sugar or oil. I don't know if items like dish and laundry detergent were left by previous renters or supplied, but even though I brought those items, it was nice to find them there as we did run out of laundry detergent. I love to pay it forward and left items as well.We loved the two separate living rooms as we could put the kids in the basement and have it a little quieter upstairs! The porch was a favorite spot for a cup of coffee in the morning or card games after the kids were in bed. Was also a great place to sit and watch the rain.A negative is there's no ac in the bunk rooms so you have to rely on the ceiling and floor fans.With young kids in our party it would have been nice if there were upper locks on the doors to prevent the little ones from going outside and accessing the pool. Our rental last summer had them and we greatly appreciated it. That said, we just kept a close eye on them.Also, so you're not taken by surprise, know that the view from the porch isn't a scenic one. We knew that going in so not a big deal for us.

Great house for lots of people

We loved the house and how it was freshly updated. There was lots of room for us all to spread out and yet feel like we were spending time together. We appreciated how it was over stocked with necessities in the kitchen as well. We would definitely rent again in the future!

Sisters Weekend

My 4 sisters & I stayed here for the weekend and we absolutely loved the house! It was clean & spacious. It is located within walking distance to Rehoboth Beach boardwalk & shopping! We definitely want to make this an annual trip!!

Overall a great place to stay!! A few minor electrical issues that weren’t able to be fixed at the time of the stay, but we were able to work around if. The place is beautiful and has so much room!

Girls Getaway

A group of friends getting together for a weekend of relaxation, shopping, eating, fun and games. The house had plenty of space where you didn’t feel on top of each other. The backyard is a nice touch with the pool. I wish it was better weather to enjoy the pool.

This house was very nice. Great to entertain and have fun. The house has everything but a pool. The decor is amazing and the teenagers loved the basement with the ping pong / Fusbal.

Amazing house in perfect location.

This house was fantastic. It was 100% accurate with the site photos. Great location to be at the very end of US1 with easy access to Rehoboth Beach. Beds were very comfortable, with ceiling fans everywhere. We loved the gaming tables and ample seating to dine together while having plenty of room to not be on top of each other. We will definitely be a return renter.

Awesome house

This house was everything we needed for our 10 person family vacation. There was plenty of room and the house was located a short bike ride to the boardwalk. Plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. The house had all the amenities you could ask for. Pots/pans and all kitchen utensils were in great shape. The ping pong and foosball tables were a great entertainment option. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Multiple Family Stay

Modern, clean, spacious- good location. There were 13 of us-plenty of room for all. We had our elderly parents with us and they navigated the 1st floor easily. They used the side door to go to the pool area independently. We rented bikes for the week- the bike trail is very close by. Pool was wonderful- plenty of outdoor seating. Outdoor corn hole and axe throwing. Indoor ping pong, foosball and arcade game with LOTS of games. Remax was very responsive when I called- the trash was missed ( service never took cans out for pick up). 1 call and it was handled. This home is within walking distance of many area attractions.

Great getaway

We were three families celebrating Thanksgiving together and it worked perfectly in this house. Plenty of space for all 12 of us to cook and relax. Loved the proximity to the bike path and Revelation Brewery, and not a bad walk to Rehoboth and the beach. We brought a lot of our own cookware not knowing exactly what would be provided - kitchen was plenty big for lots of us moving around baking and cooking, and we appreciated the second refrigerator! Only slight challenge was fitting in our own linens with all of the other Thanksgiving needs. Thank you for sharing such a nice place!

Family friendly house

Wonderful house in a safe, quiet, walkable neighborhood. We had a great time with our family with multiple little kiddos running around. Plenty of space for everyone. Two kitchens and two large fridges and stocked with a lot of cooking tools. The heated pool was also great for the cooler days. Playground is a easy 12 minute walk too! The downstairs did get a little humid compared to the main floor - which was very cool when the AC was on. We opted to bring our own sheets and towels based on reviews that the rented linens were not great. Overall this was a perfect house for our group!

Beautiful house but location just okay

The house is great with beautiful decor. My family all loved it! Unfortunately, it's about a mile to the boardwalk with not great sidewalk access and is across the street from a gun shop and a company with about 10 pickup trucks. Not a great view from the large screened in porch which would have otherwise been a perfect place to spend time. However, it is in walking distance to Rise Up Coffee which everyone loved and Revelation Craft Brewery (with an awesome food truck). It was priced very well for how nice the house is--the only improvement inside could be new mattresses.

Great Long Weekend at the Beach

My family and I really enjoyed our stay the house. We had 8 adults and 2 children under 2. We loved that everyone had their own room, there was even a walk-in closet that we used as my son's 'nursery' :) The location was great, a quick drive to the beach or about a mile walk. We did walk down to the playground by the visitor center and that was a nice walk. Cute brewery just across the street. Very quiet area. The only issue we had was the amount of bugs in the backyard made it hard to use, but that's more just the time of year and the amount of rain we've had lately. The house itself was great, basements stairs are a little steep for little kids, but keeping the door closed eliminated that worry. Would go back again!
