Belle maison unifamiliale entièrement rénovée avec 6 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains et 14 personnes confortablement. Cette maison a été présentée sur la plage HGTV en 2016. Cette maison de deux niveaux offre un sous-sol entièrement rénové avec salon / salle à manger, trois chambres à coucher, salle de bain complète, et aire de jeux (baby-foot / ping-pong). Grand espace pour des vacances familiales multi-générationnelles et de grandes familles. Le niveau supérieur est magnifique et spacieux avec w / étage ouvert, cuisine stockée et mise à jour, grande salle de soleil w / confortablement sièges, et trois chambres supplémentaires et salles de bains. Douches extérieures, un parking privé pour 6 voitures, grande cour clôturée, et seulement 1. 5 miles à Rehoboth Beach, 1 BLOC de la Junction & Breakwater Bike Trail, et à quelques pas des restaurants / boutiques. Cette maison est simplement parfaite pour des vacances en famille!

Sister weekend

My 4 sisters stayed here last year & loved it so much we had to return! We are going to make it an annual tradition! The house is very spacious & clean! The weather was wonderful so we were able to sit around the pool talking & laughing! We were close enough to walk to downtown Rehoboth and enjoy the shops & restaurants.

Family vaca # 2 at this property

This was our 2nd stay at this awesome beach house. It is perfect for our group of 13. The front porch and pool are great amenities. The home is also very spacious and is in a great location. Its a short 1 mile walk to the beach. We'll likely be back again!!

Great home for family and friends

We had 8 adults and 8 children stay for a week in this home and we had a great time! The house is decorated so cute, the outdoor space is terrific, and the location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for lots of people

We loved the house and how it was freshly updated. There was lots of room for us all to spread out and yet feel like we were spending time together. We appreciated how it was over stocked with necessities in the kitchen as well. We would definitely rent again in the future!

Sisters Weekend

My 4 sisters & I stayed here for the weekend and we absolutely loved the house! It was clean & spacious. It is located within walking distance to Rehoboth Beach boardwalk & shopping! We definitely want to make this an annual trip!!

Overall a great place to stay!! A few minor electrical issues that weren’t able to be fixed at the time of the stay, but we were able to work around if. The place is beautiful and has so much room!

Girls Getaway

A group of friends getting together for a weekend of relaxation, shopping, eating, fun and games. The house had plenty of space where you didn’t feel on top of each other. The backyard is a nice touch with the pool. I wish it was better weather to enjoy the pool.

This house was very nice. Great to entertain and have fun. The house has everything but a pool. The decor is amazing and the teenagers loved the basement with the ping pong / Fusbal.

Amazing house in perfect location.

This house was fantastic. It was 100% accurate with the site photos. Great location to be at the very end of US1 with easy access to Rehoboth Beach. Beds were very comfortable, with ceiling fans everywhere. We loved the gaming tables and ample seating to dine together while having plenty of room to not be on top of each other. We will definitely be a return renter.

Awesome house

This house was everything we needed for our 10 person family vacation. There was plenty of room and the house was located a short bike ride to the boardwalk. Plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. The house had all the amenities you could ask for. Pots/pans and all kitchen utensils were in great shape. The ping pong and foosball tables were a great entertainment option. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Multiple Family Stay

Modern, clean, spacious- good location. There were 13 of us-plenty of room for all. We had our elderly parents with us and they navigated the 1st floor easily. They used the side door to go to the pool area independently. We rented bikes for the week- the bike trail is very close by. Pool was wonderful- plenty of outdoor seating. Outdoor corn hole and axe throwing. Indoor ping pong, foosball and arcade game with LOTS of games. Remax was very responsive when I called- the trash was missed ( service never took cans out for pick up). 1 call and it was handled. This home is within walking distance of many area attractions.

Great getaway

We were three families celebrating Thanksgiving together and it worked perfectly in this house. Plenty of space for all 12 of us to cook and relax. Loved the proximity to the bike path and Revelation Brewery, and not a bad walk to Rehoboth and the beach. We brought a lot of our own cookware not knowing exactly what would be provided - kitchen was plenty big for lots of us moving around baking and cooking, and we appreciated the second refrigerator! Only slight challenge was fitting in our own linens with all of the other Thanksgiving needs. Thank you for sharing such a nice place!

Family friendly house

Wonderful house in a safe, quiet, walkable neighborhood. We had a great time with our family with multiple little kiddos running around. Plenty of space for everyone. Two kitchens and two large fridges and stocked with a lot of cooking tools. The heated pool was also great for the cooler days. Playground is a easy 12 minute walk too! The downstairs did get a little humid compared to the main floor - which was very cool when the AC was on. We opted to bring our own sheets and towels based on reviews that the rented linens were not great. Overall this was a perfect house for our group!

Great Long Weekend at the Beach

My family and I really enjoyed our stay the house. We had 8 adults and 2 children under 2. We loved that everyone had their own room, there was even a walk-in closet that we used as my son's 'nursery' :) The location was great, a quick drive to the beach or about a mile walk. We did walk down to the playground by the visitor center and that was a nice walk. Cute brewery just across the street. Very quiet area. The only issue we had was the amount of bugs in the backyard made it hard to use, but that's more just the time of year and the amount of rain we've had lately. The house itself was great, basements stairs are a little steep for little kids, but keeping the door closed eliminated that worry. Would go back again!

Perfect!

The ONLY thing this property lacks is a view, and you know that going in. The home was spacious, spotlessly clean, and easily accessible to everywhere. We were a large group of 17 (including a baby). Every possible amenity is available! The pool is absolutely fantastic! The kitchen is FULLY stocked, and we have rented many places, many times. The home NEVER felt crowded, and showering or privacy were never an issue. It is truly deceptive how large this property really is! We would absolutely return to this rental. The only caution I would provide is the access to the lower level, where you initially enter, is not handicap friendly. The outside stairs are steep, as are the internal stairs. Was never an issue for our particular group, and we had a person that had a knee replacement 4 weeks ago. The ground floor level is only 5 steps into the home, and everything is available on the ground floor. Truly terrific vacation!

Beautiful and comfortable inside

This is a beautiful home, expertly remodeled and decorated, and the beds/bedrooms are very comfortable. It was well-stocked with all the essentials and check in/out was very easy. The room layout was perfect for a multi-age group, as parents and grandparents were comfortable upstairs while the teenagers had great bedrooms and a game room downstairs. We ran into a little issue as one of the upstairs bedrooms was recently updated from twin bunk beds to a queen bedroom, and the master is a king bed, not a queen. Because the listing was not updated with this information in the realty system, the linens we rented did not match the bed sizes in two of the bedrooms. It was our second day before this was able to be rectified. The realty manager was pleasant and helpful, and we did ask them to update the info for this listing for future renters to avoid a similar issue. I am glad that we read prior reviews and knew not to expect a beautiful neighborhood view. The front porch of this home is gorgeous but overlooks an set of industrial buildings and businesses. If there was some type of shutter or blind on the front porch screened wall, it would be quite nice to use. Overall this was a comfortable and beautiful home inside, and we were glad we stayed there.

HGTV should not be associated with listing

My family and I have been renting properties in Rehoboth/Bethany beach for the past 5 years and we usually like to switch up the properties we rent. This property by far has been the worst and the worst advertised. We were 9 people in total and when we hung out upstairs we were on top of each other. We could not hang out downstairs because of the intense mildew smell and the backed up sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The other down side to this property is there is no direct out to the pool. You have to go out the front door and walk around to the back. This was not acceptable for my elderly parents. The AC never properly worked, one night the thermostat hit 80. The upstairs fridge never kept anything cold and the freezer kept opening every time you opened the fridge and things melted. For the amount of money spent on this property, you would have expected 5 star all the way. Overall, this property is not worth the price and I am still waiting for someone to exactly tell me what episode of HGTV beach makeover this house was on!!! We will not rent this property again.
