Quiet Lakes Lodge is like having your own personal Inn, amidst the quiet of a small semi-private pond. And it's just 20 minutes from Augusta! We can even provide meals for additional fees.

Completed late in 2025, the property is a stellar showcase of Maine craftsmanship and innovation. Post and Beam construction. Hardwood floors throughout. Each bedroom has an ensuite tiled bathroom with a shower. Geothermal heat and cooling. An industrial sized Viking Stove and pantry. A fully handicapped accessible entry and bedroom suite. A two-sided fireplace. A top of the line movie theater that seats 12 comfortably. A pool table. A large Black Walnut island that seats nine. A dining table that seats 10, and a smaller and cozier table for 6.

In the summer, the dock is there for swimming, kayaking or fishing. Or watch it all from the cozy deck. This is a human-powered only 'quiet' pond. Powered boats are not allowed. So if you like powerboats and want to brush up on your waterski skills, this is not it. That's why it's called Quiet Lakes Lodge.

The Lodge is beautifully furnished and includes all the amenities you'd expect of a great Maine Inn. Except this 'Inn' is all for you and your family and friends.

Available now to the end of September on a weekly or longer basis. Rental fees include heat and utilities, basic television with 4 premium channels, high-speed internet, cellphone repeater and 2 EV chargers. During the winter, plowing and sanding is included.
