Welcome to your elevated extended-stay escape at Stonewood Towers in beautiful Cocoa Beach â where privacy, premium amenities, and relaxed coastal comfort come together. This fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to 6 and is thoughtfully suited for longer seasonal stays and work-from-anywhere living.
Set within a gated, quiet beachfront community, guests enjoy private beach access and a resort-style environment that supports both productivity and relaxation. Itâs an ideal home base for guests planning an extended coastal stay who value space, amenities, and a calm setting.

Guests have full access to the condo and community amenities, including private beach access, heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, putting green, and clubhouse. The community is gated and access credentials will be provided prior to arrival.
Guests will receive a parking pass at check-in, allowing parking in resident-designated spaces, along with access to additional visitor parking. Half of the two-car garage (left side) is also available for guest use.
The condo is located on the second floor and can be reached by both stairs and elevator.
Minimum stay is 90 days per community requirements.
This is a quiet, gated condominium community â ideal for extended stays and guests seeking a peaceful coastal environment. It is not a party property.
Clubhouse may be reserved for private events for a $50/day fee through the on-site office.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property or its furnishings during their stay. Please report any accidents or damages to the host as soon as possible so repairs can be arranged promptly. The cost of repair or replacement for any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the payment method on file.
We know accidents can happen! Our goal is to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.
HOUSE RULES
1) All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2) Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
3) Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4) NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5) Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6) If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or pay for the repair.
7) Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
8) Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
9) A Late Checkout Fee of $250 will be charged to the payment on file if you checkout late without prior approval.
10) There is a lost key fee of $80 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
11) No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.
REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Please treat our home with respect and leave it in the condition as when you arrived.
We would greatly appreciate it!

â Set the thermostat to 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
â Please leave our supplies in the designated area.
â Leave beds unmade - sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows on the bed - no need to strip the bed!
â Leave used towels in a pile in the bathtub/shower.
â Log out of all streaming apps you logged into on the televisions.
â Be sure all windows are closed and locked.
â Please be sure the door is locked as you leave - If applicable, place the key in the lockbox and scramble the code.
