Bienvenue au Cocoa Beach Club. Situé à Cocoa Beach, en Floride, la maison de `` I Dream of Jeannie '' et en vue des lancements au Kennedy Space Center, Cap Canaveral. Notre unité est dans un complexe en bord de mer direct sur la plage et avec une grande piscine chauffée. Notre maison est entièrement meublée et proche de tout. À 5 km de Port Canaveral, vous pouvez sortir de Port Canaveral et utiliser le condo comme base de vacances avant et après la croisière. Vous pouvez toujours choisir de vous asseoir sur la promenade privée du Club ou sur la plage.

Ce condo: a un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine et espace de rangement généreux. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur à l'intérieur de l'unité! Salles de bains récemment rénovées en marbre, granit et bidet Toto avec télécommande dans le maître!

Beach Stay Before Cruise

We had a fantastic time, spending a couple of days here before leaving on a cruise. The property was immaculately clean, within a stone’s throw of the beach and the pool, and convenient to the cruise port. The owner also communicated very well with us.

Great space for all ages

Our group ranged in ages from 7 to 73, and this space was perfect for all. Located on the first floor, steps from the pool and just across a short boardwalk from the beach, we loved its proximity to both. It was also an easy walk to the Cocoa Beach pier, Publix for groceries and local restaurants. Paul, the owner, was quick to respond to all messages and was very helpful with suggestions. We’ll definitely try to stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Three generations of family on vacation together

To Cocoa Beach for Kennedy Space Center, but there was SO MUCH more to explore!! The Cocoa Beach Pier is iconic!... and you can walk there from condo. Watched a rocket launch from the pier.. very cool. Did a night Sea Turtle Watch in Melbourne not far away. Ron Jon Surf Shop short walk away... LOVED it! Ate excellent seafood dinner downtown Cocoa Beach at Coconuts On The Beach. The whole family ages 11 to 83 had a WONDERFUL time in this area this week .. and the condo was in the MOST perfect spot! Had EVERYTHING we needed. Special thank you to Paul for the beach toys/chairs/towels .... and for easy check-in and great communication!

Everything we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. They were also well stocked with everything we needed for the beach! Chairs, towels, sandtoys, bodyboards, umbrellas, everything! This is a great location for a family vacation. I would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome Complex

I cannot say enough good things about this condo & complex. The location was so convenient & with 2 teenagers who could only walk to things, it was perfect. So many restaurants within walking distance, not to mention the beach & pool are right out the door. The condo was clean & spacious. The complex is very well maintained & felt very safe for 3 females traveling alone. I will not hesitate to rent here again.

Worst vacation ever

The way my family was treated by Paul Vesely the host and the Cocoa Beach Club management, I must tell everyone to stay away and don't let the pictures and "dog friendly" fool you. It was neither dog friendly nor clean. It started on day one of our vacation with hundreds of ants dead and alive everywhere so bad that we had to clean every room the night we arrived. When we communicated with the owner our response was if we want to leave, he would reimburse us otherwise we should "just live with it". Well, the next day we decided to "just live with it" as this was Christmas week and there was nowhere else available as we also had a dog and a first-floor condo facing the beach. There were multiple maintenance and cleaning issues with the unit to include a broken screen door, a mouse nest in the kitchen cabinet, filthy carpet and it goes on and on. Since we had a first-floor unit, we were able to play on the grass with the kids and dog. The next day the manager ran up to us to tell us we cannot play ball or run the dog on the grass. The place to walk the dog was along the parking lot fence line. At no time did the host give us any rules for the unit. There is limited space to write so I must summarize. We contacted Paul Vesely and told him we were accepting his offer, and he stated he would give us half our rent back, which we agreed to and left. A couple of days later he stated there would be no refund as we broke the rules. Never have we receive a refund or an apology.

Thanksgiving get away

I have never stayed in a better supplied unit! Everything you need, plus some. Unfortunately I am hi-tech challenged and had a tough time figuring out some of the equipment, ie…tvs. It would have been helpful to have instructions on operating the tvs. Might not be a problem for all, but my old lady mind had a hard time. It really wouldn’t have been an issue if the weather had been more cooperative 😆 Paul was very easy to communicate with.

Weekend away

Super cute spot. We are a family of four and the three bedrooms was more than enough space for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels and the unit provided all the beach necessities (umbrella, chairs etc). Unit is right on the beach which was perfect for sunrises. Would totally visit again.

My grandson picked Disney trip for his graduation present. I found this place by accident and it was amazing!! Steps away from beach and a beautiful pool!! Amazing place to stay! Quiet and beautiful plus walking distance to shopping!

Perfect Cocoa Beach Stay

We loved this place! Directly on the beach!!!! And also right by the beautiful pool!!! This condo has absolutely everything you need!!! My husband and I both felt so at home!!! The owner was awesome and was easy to contact with any questions!!!! We also made many wonderful friends! We hope to get back next year!!! Thank you!!!!
