CB Beach House is an ideal vacation spot! With its prime location right across the street from the ocean, you can enjoy a variety of beach activities like surfing, swimming, and sunbathing. Waking up and taking a few steps to watch the sunrise over the ocean is breathtaking! Being just 1.5 miles from downtown Cocoa Beach means you have easy access to shops and restaurants. Plus, the proximity to other attractions like Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, and Orlando’s theme parks offers plenty of options for day trips and further exploration. It truly is a perfect place to relax, have fun, and create wonderful memories. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Literally a few steps from the beach. The house was very clean and perfect for our stay. Host was great at communicating. We will stay here again! Loved everything about this place!

Beautiful patio!

We so enjoyed our stay here and took advantage of the magical patio for our coffee every morning and evening debriefs. The beach across the street was inaccessible for a few days of our stay due to construction which was a huge bummer, but it opened on the last full day we had. This home is in a safe feeling neighborhood, and was close to everything we could have wanted! Would absolutely rent again when planning another trip.

Great location and very clean!

Great stay! Host even reached out to let me know there would be a rocket launch during our visit. The beach amenities (toys, chairs, etc) were a fantastic bonus!

Excellent in every way

I’m normally skeptical of reviews online and with this property, it all seemed too good to be true. But….when we arrived, it became very clear that the description and reviews were exactly right. This property has everything needed for a beach trip with the family. Towels, beach gear, kitchen full of quality pots, pans and utensils. The walk to the beach was just 200 steps away and the beach was fantastic. Don’t think twice about booking this for your group.

Mini Vacay with my Son

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean, stocked well and was adorable. My son loved all the games and we played many rounds of tic tac toe. The host was quick to respond and provided me severalgreat restaurant recommendations. I cant wait to come back with my entire family. I highly suggest this home. It's right across from the beach and near many restaurants and shops. great restaurant recommendations.

Amazing place!

Amazing place to spend the vacation. Very clean, good location, few minutes walking to the beach, safe area, family friendly locations. We had two teenagers from Austria and our kids too. They had a blast! We had everything! ( towels, umbrellas, chairs for beach, etc) God bless you and we are planning in the future to come back.

Very nice!

Outstanding location. The backyard is very relaxing. Master bedroom bath is adequate, but tiny and no exhaust fan for either the shower or the toilet, and the tile floor is easy to slip on. We arrived after dark. Once we figured out where the front door is and how to open the lockbox, we easily settled in. Beds are comfy. The dishwasher didn't clean well, but we mainly hand washed and ate out.

Area safe for single women

As a mom of girls I look to make sure I would visit this place again without a man to accompany us. Home was safe and quiet neighborhood. Doors and windows were secure. Kitchen had most needed tools for cooking just bring your own ice. Overall a great stay just steps to the beach. The sand there is a brown shade with a lot of crushed shells and hotter than I’m used too. It was a wonderful trip. I thank my host for making their home available for my family. We might like to visit there again we had never been to cocoa beach before.

Great Location!

This was our first time at Cocoa Beach. The house was in a perfect location. We could walk across the road to the beach access and the road that you cross is one way so it makes it so easy. The beach itself was beautiful and not crowded at all. Two days we were the only ones on the beach in our area. The house itself was extremely clean. It was the perfect size for my family. The house came with all the extras. It provided chairs and boogie boards. There were games galore inside and large outdoor games. Perfect stay!

Amazing!

The house was in the perfect location to be able to have a beach vacation with all the amenities. Easy access to downtown and anywhere that you want to eat and grocery stores. We could’ve easily stayed a few more days.
